Terrible customer service. Sent two tubs of floor adhesive in post and they had leaked everywhere - poorly packaged. Not only did this make a complete mess at my property I then took photos, sent these and disposed of the mess in a skip I had already previously arranged for a shop clear-out. I Asked for a quick resend as I had three guys on site working and we needed the product. I then get some guy called Sagan, demanded more photos via email - there was clear photo evidence. But insisted on seeing them both side by side - completely ignoring the fact I had stated previously they had been disposed of - who wants to store adhesive that is no longer contained and pouring out all over your floor?!! I requested for a second time that I had a team on day rates waiting on this and to send quickly - I was completely ignored and have been for several days now. Looks like I’ll be having to speak with my bank regarding a chargeback. Very disappointing service and would advice anyone considering to use them, to go elsewhere.

@reply - not good enough. You took 4 days to reply to me, by that point, the leaking tubs had been disposed of as they were literally pouring all over my floor! Terrible service. Terrible consideration. Terrible communication and a complete and utter waste of my time and money. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

BUYER BEWARE!
I have just bought some underlay from this company. I called them on Thursday to confirm that their next day delivery for which there was a fee of £9.95 was guaranteed. They confirmed it was if I ordered before 1pm which I did. I had been given a slot by my carpet fitter for the Saturday morning which was the only slot before the end of January in which my carpet could be fitted. I jumped at the chance as I wanted a carpet down before Christmas. It was imperative that the underlay arrived before Sat morning. Lo and behold the underlay did NOT ARRIVE!!! I received a note from the carrier DPD on Friday that the carpet would arrive on the next working day!! No good to me at all. I had to cancel the fitter at a cancellation charge of £50.
When I contacted Buy-Flooring-Online they emailed to say they were sorry and would refund the £9.95 postage fee. They made no reference to the fact that I was £50 out of pocket and would have no carpet fitted for Christmas. when the refund arrived it was for £4.14 not £9.95!! When I contacted them and said they had put in writing that I would get £9.95 back their only response was that I didn't qualify for free delivery so they only refunded the difference. I pointed out that not only had they put it in writing but they had guaranteed my delivery. I could have bought from elsewhere and had it in time but with their assurances I decided to go with them. I also told them that the refund was the least they could do considering how much I was out of pocket and the MUCH more important fact that my family is left with no carpet at this time of year. THEY COULDN'T CARE LESS!!!! They could well have not sent it on a next day service for all I know. If they did they would receive the fee back from DPD in any case.
I have a very large underlay order coming up in February and rest assured I will not be ordering from buy-flooring-online.co.uk!! Shameful customer service. You have been warned. I'm now off to vent my disappointment over social media.
