Great phone cover for my Sony Xperia 1 mark 2 phone. Although delivery was slow as they needed to order it from China, it took nearly 3 weeks to arrive but it's extremely well made and should last a very long time unlike a rubbish one I bought off eBay that lasted 2 months

While Buy2Fix may have a couple of genuine positive reviews. The actual reviews are ones listed as stating that Buy2Fix is fraudulent and a scam. They seem to overload positive fake reviews over negative ones to show that it “most recently” has had “good reviews” which is a blatant lie.

I bought my package in December of last year and never received it. When you deliver a package to Finland that package receives an automatically updated post number by Posti. I have ordered from China before without any issue, AliExpress. When I told them they first told me they never received an update then after I continuously asked they told me it is in Finland and now lost. This is a blatant lie as I called numerous postal services including the border patrol which handles international packages and for some odd reason they cannot seem to find it. Why am I being lied to just refund me the money so I can actually get the product I need for my PC. I already reported them to Finnish authorities yet I think I will do so in the US and GB. I suggest anyone with the same issue make a police report in your country for international fraud.

I felt secure that my package would arrive and I was able to track it through the process. The only thing I would like more is to be able to call someone for an update sometimes.
However, I received great service

Goods not compatible but when I asked for a refund, that's when the trouble began. It has been almost impossible to successfully follow the refund process, with very little assistance and reluctant guidance. I will be throwing the item in the bin as it is not fit for purpose and they have now stopped contacting me. I think this is what Buy2fix hoped for all along.

Today it's 25/02/2026 still no sign of order even been processed.
Based on my experience so far I wouldn't recommend to buy from them.

I am disappointed with my experience at Buy to Fix. The pump I purchased does not work for my bubble house, and returning it is expensive. As a customer, I expected a working product or reasonable return options. This situation has cost me extra money and time.

I ordered a 11.4v 42Wh lithium battery which arrived promptly and was a perfect fit for my Dell laptop.

I placed an order with Buy2Fix and paid in full, but I never received the item.

I contacted their customer service multiple times through their website and received no response. There is no clear phone number, no proper support channel, and no accountability. When something goes wrong, there is simply no one to speak to.

This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. From my perspective, this website does not provide reliable customer support or proper order resolution.

I bought a blue owala freesip bottle lid and it works great. So far no leaks so I am very pleased however it did take a while to arrive.

As a year-around sea swimmer, I needed to know the water temperature. Using Buy2fix, I bought their Solar Swimming Pool Thermometer - tie it to my swim togs and check the temperasture every day. Excellent service fron Buy2fix and a good price too.
