This was by far the worst company I have ever ordered from!! I placed an order online, decided that I didn't want it. Unfortunately you are not able to canc after 30 minutes!! The item got returned close to a month ago, I have yet to get a refund!!!! I have called many times with them all giving me a different story!! The man I spoke with today kept putting me on hold!! Over 20 minutes I waited for an answer..I finally hung up called back an the lady said " well we will reach out to the warehouse an when they get the email they will start the refund!!! That was the 3rd different story ..my advice to you all don't order from this company!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a my registry set up here and I have had the worst experience with this store. I had the sorelle chest of drawers purchased off my registry it can missing parts. I called 6 times to buy buy baby to have it replaced, the first two times i was told that the order was sent to the wrong department, then I called against after placing the same order I was told that the order was never placed. I waited two weeks to get the item shipped out to me and still nothing mind you I am about to give birth at any time. Six times in one day I spoke to someone about getting the order and nothing. They claimed that the vendor is not responding and they have to get supervisor involved.

Called customer service multiple times and spent total almost two hours to resolve my issue. They always say that I need to wait and even if i wait the the timeframe that they mentioned, nothing happened. No resolution!
Wasted money and time speaking to representatives who cannot help. I would not shop from here again.

ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY TO ORDER FROM EVER. THEY ARE LIARS AND YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE WHAT YOU PURCHASE FOR WEEKS IF THAT. THEY WILL TELL YOU IT SHIPPED AND ON THE WAY. DO NOT BELIVE THIS DECEITFUL COMPANY.

Bought a Christmas gift online for my granddaughter and despite a “delivery date” of 12/17I still don’t have it as of 12/22 and the website isn’t functioning for delivery updates. I called the store in Tukwila and spoke to an assistant manager who guaranteed me it would arrive the next day. It didn’t. The customer service line is an hour wait. I gave up and bought the item off Amazon which was delivered two days later, as promised. If the BuyBuyBaby item ever shows up, it’s getting returned. Now I have to fight them for a refund. The worst customer service and basic business skills ever. You will regret buying from them online!!!

Shipping takes more than 20days. Customer service not taking a call or gets disconnected while talking. Horrible customer service.

I've ordered online with them ONCE and it will not happen again.
1. They canceled part of my order for my future niece.
2. I contacted them about an order being delayed they said to wait-I waited MUCH longer than needed. They gave me the same thing to wait. No thank you
3. They don't issue refunds they issue "refund requests" apparently. So if you don't get your items you have to HOPE they approve the request. Whatever that means
4. The agent very rudely ended the chat when I asked a question.
5. Their chat agents sound like bots and take 5-10 minutes between replies
Will never shop with them again. And not be that person, but I have a lot of children in my life, including my own.

I have been waiting for my online order since 11/29!! I’ve been told by the chat reps it’s deliver-it’s fault. Called deliver-it and they say they’ve never received the package!! I’ve now been on hold for 30mins for a buybuybaby rep. They sure were able to take my money right away!!

This really teaches me about reading reviews first. This was my first time ordering from buybuybaby. I placed an order on 11/30/2020 and it's 12/14/2020 and I have nothing, not even updated emails. I want my money back.I will never shop with them again. I give them a 4 star 0000.

If I could give a zero star I would. It was the biggest mistake to ever choose them to for a registry. It’s nearly Impossible to get a straight answer from customer service. The agents are all foreigners and you can’t understand a word they say. I’ve also been hung up on, on several occasions. Additionally, the agents never have any clue about the answers to my questions. They are all clueless and rude. I truly hate that I chose them for my registry.

Horrible horrible customer service. Order off a baby registry for a friend, she never received the item. I have called 4 times already to have item replaced and they have no idea what is going on with the replacement. Over a month waiting for a replacement item to be sent out. I will never shop at buybuybaby ever again. Do Not buy anything here, it will just waste your time.

I ordered a baby shower gift that was supposed to be delivered on 11/20/2020. It was a comforter set and a 4 moms rocker. Well on 11/21/2020. i did receive a package. It was a bathtub inside package that was supposed to be delivered to someone in Michigan. I am located in New York. Called buy buy baby. Rep explained that she will email me and all I have to do is go into store and if they have my items, I can pick them up. Well I went to store and spoke to a manager by the name of Caitlin Forbes who told me that this is not how it works and that it has to be shipped out by warehouse. I had to wait 4-7 days cause they couldn't express ship to me do to Thanksgiving. Well it is now 12/01/2020 and I am still waiting on packages. Called and comforter was sent out but not rocker. Now they tell me I have to wait another 4-7 days for them to send out. Mind you, baby shower was 11/22/2020. Horrible customer service. Still waiting on supervisor to call me back

My first time ordering online with Buy Buy Baby and i will never do it again. I bought santa and elf pajama for my boys and only 1 item arrived after more than 1 week of waiting! Called customer service and all she can say was it was lost in transit. Are you kidding me???? Ive been waiting for nothing?! Now im late with making xmas photo card with my boys for this damn outfit that didnt come! So screw this! I just asked for my refund back and I will never ever do business with Buy Buy Baby again!

Unreal.. apply for their card recieve a 25.00 coupon. Ready to order item 116.00 and at check out.. the item I chose you cannot use the coupon.. do not waist my time.. buy buy baby for sure..

I’m done with Buy Buy Baby. I’m still on hold 45+ minutes later. The chat folks haven’t responded over 2 hours later. They didn’t include a bottle set with my order.

Oh, finally off of hold. They won’t overnight the bottle set so I requested a refund. They can bite me. I will just order from Amazon.

I am so disappointed with your services. I have $50 towards my fund. But I am not able to find it. Spend 2-3 hours yesterday and calling right now. Your representative said he can see the money but i am not able to see it. I am very frustrated. Two times representative disconnected my call.

Can’t wait until they go out of business because their customer service sucks. I ordered a car seat for store pickup, which was cancelled hours later for “out of stock” instead of giving u the option to ship it or pick it up from another store which a lot of other reputable stores do I was told I needed to re order it again even though the money was taken out of my account. On top of all that I used a coupon and gift card which of course isn’t working because it’s showing it was used again so they expect me to wait now for a gift card to be reissued via us mail. So annoyed and I will not be buying anything again from this place after I use the gift card I received.

If I could give zero stars I would called for a price match the First Lady I spoke to price matched the item then she transferred me to billing then the lady from billing said they can’t do a price match on the item well WHAT IS THE POINT of having PRICE MATCH PROMISE under the item what a joke never buying from buy buy baby ever again and also will let my family and friends to not shop with you guys either rather take my business else where
