Ordered woodlice, 6 were dead on arrival, I notified company who asked for a picture which I provided and haven't heard anything since. This was over 2 weeks ago

Quick, easy and efficient

Plants leaves came crushed. Very poor packaging, no indication of fragile item outside. Pot came wrapped up in a cardboard sheet with no stuff to hold it in place in the bigger box.

I’ve been using buzzard reptiles regularly for a couple of years now and I cannot fault them for quality, quantity and price. They are by far the cheapest around for anything you could want from live insects to supplements, terrarium lighting and deco etc. I am always recommending them to my customers (I am a chameleon breeder) and I’ve never had any issues with the quality of livefoods that I buy on a weekly basis. An excellent selection of different plants and terrarium deco, branches and substrate etc, if there’s anything you need they likely have it. Always friendly and helpful staff as well, would definitely recommend to anyone.
