I was looking to replace my shower rails in a tricky corner bath, they helped design a solution for the space even after I had ordered parts that wouldn’t work together.

Great company to deal with, Steve was patient and very helpful in getting it spot on. Quality fixtures and fittings, not like you get from regular trade/DIY places.

So far so good. Fairly easy to fit but my Stanley knife was not man enough to cut the trim. Looks much better than just sealant and the little blue plastic tools are a must to take off the excess sealant. Hopefully it will last.

Was looking for made to measure shower curtains and I found Byretech doing a web search. Great choice and top quality curtains. Would be happy to purchase from them again.

Fantastic item and service solved problems of a shower door that dropped with a deflector that clipped on the bottom of the door also no water out of the shower.

Seems to be an Internet company with a traditional approach to high quality service. Stainless steel shower curtain pole (straight) and it's very high quality solid stainless steel and just what I was looking for. Detailed instructions with a contact card for the team at Byretech if I run into problems and delivered in 48hrs as promised. Great to see a company doing things right. Well done to all at Byretech.

Great customer service! It was a pleasure to order and communicate with this company. I first ordered a shower rail, which due to my mistake was not correct (though the product itself was very good quality). I phoned the company and they were extremely helpful in putting together an adaptor kit, to change what I bought into what I should have bought. Thank you for all your help and taking the time.

Slight hiccup with our order missing a few pieces, but one phone call, an apology and two days later (we received the original order mid-afternoon and had missed the courier for that day) the missing parts were with us. Mistakes happen (it’s a human trait we all have) and Byretech did their best to rectify the issue as soon as they could. The chocolate bar to say sorry was a nice touch. I would happily deal with this company again, but we’d need to move house as we only have the one bathroom!

Appalling customer service. I called in for help with shower seals. He clearly didn't want to help me, clearly had a big issue with either me calling in and not ordering online or maybe because I am female. Having worked in construction for 25 years I have dealt with most attitudes so if he thought he could belittle me or upset me it really did not work. Being told I gave them no information didn’t seem a problem when I went and got just what I needed elsewhere. Manners cost nothing, don’t blame the pandemic you were basically rude!

Great value for a low voltage SELV fan. Quick delivery. Technical support from Steve a true Electrical Engineer who understand physics not just regulations. This is the only sensible way to install a bathroom fan, with on/off controlled by a humidity switch.
Anything with a timer is just a lazy way of doing a compromise job. No wonder people have mold problems. Byretech is a breath of fresh air. Glad I found them! Thanks.

Just received a made to measure mid grey shower curtain for our small wet room. Colour is great and exactly what I hoped it would be. Good quality curtain at a reasonable price.
I pondered for so long before ordering because i was told to buy a 180 x 180 curtain when the installation was done but found the curtain too short and the water travelled too far from the shower. I bought another identical curtain and cut a strip off one curtain to extend the other. It has worked well but it was time to replace it and I wanted one long enough this time. I needed to get the measurement exact as I wanted it long enough but not dragging on the floor. I read all the info on Byretech's website and watched the video, several times, before ordering. I couldn't be more pleased. The length is perfect. I am so pleased with this curtain.
The delivery was excellent too: ordered on May 9th, delivered on May 14th.
Thoroughly recommend this company. It will be so easy next time!

The byretech ultra 10 is certainly my best buy. In the past I had to renew my bathtub sealant every year. It became mouldy and black no matter what sealant I tried. This is no longer the case after I bought byretech ultra 10 bath seal. Easy to install and looks great. Excellent.

Having had problems for years with our shower tray seal leaking and looking dirty I came across Byretech on a search.

Delivery was swift and well packed.

The instruction video was very informative and having bought the sealant profiling tools the end result is very professional.

Although I had some additional work to do as our tiles didn't reach the tray, it was a simple job to fit the seals including the two uprights I bought once everything was prepared.

Also, the sealant eater product works well in getting rid of the bits that inevitably get left behind.

Excellent find on line we bought a made to measure curtain after being disappointed with shop bought too short and too narrow curtains. Pleased with our initial purchase on mid grey we ordered a spare in light blue to have ready on standby while the other was in the wash.

Bought the Cramer enamel/acrylic repair kit, good stuff, done exactly what I wanted,saved purchasing a new panel,I used it on acrylic panel (chipped), used Byretech before, good communication, fast postage,and you get what you pay for
