Shower curtain rail is certainly a high quality product, very pleased with this purchase. Goods despatched same day and delivered by ParcelForce next business day as promised. One small accessory item missing from original delivery was quickly resolved and despatched, great personal customer service by Steve. Thoroughly recommend Byretech for their products and excellent customer service.

I ordered their stainless steel shower rail with stainless fittings. The ordering process was efficient and I was kept informed about delivery. The item itself is not cheap, but being stainless steel rather than chromed steel, it should last a lot longer than the item it replaced. Happy to recommend.

I ordered a shower curtain rail and when it arrived it didn't have the brackets and screws in the box. I got on the phone and they were very helpful and couldn't believe they had made the mistake. A few days later the brackets arrived in the post with a note of apology and a bar of galaxy chocolate to say sorry for the inconvenience! I was really impressed with the help I received and the chocolate was such an unexpected and unnecessary act but was so appreciated. The small things really make a different.

Everyone who finds grab rails useful needs to know about this company! After much internet searching I found these gorgeous chrome and grey rubber rails in various lengths - for my shower and as a pull up next to the toilet. Replaced the white social care ones... much more glamorous and much less 'disabled' looking. Great service from Byretech too. Spread the word!

On Byretech's advice, chose a shower head for my gravity-fed shower & it worked a treat (until a guest banged it off the wall and broke it!). So I've just ordered another one - and it arrived in jig time, just what I needed. Thanks folks - well done again!

After a problem with our glass shower screen ( the hinge broke and it crashed down) and no tradesmen because of Covid 19 we were desperate and then found Byretech. The website is good and I phoned the company for further advice. The straight shower rail kit and anti cling shower curtain arrived very quickly. It was easy to install and we now have a fully functioning shower again. I would certainly use Bryetech again.

I bought a shower rail, curtains and riser for an awkward corner. Byretech were helpful, responsive, quickly understood the need, and supplied the kit quickly. It is well made, fits together tightly (you need to wield the hacksaw accurately), can be finely adjusted, and is very strong when installed. It was all well priced. Highly recommended.

Super fast delivery considering I ordered a made to measure shower curtain. Excellent communication. Curtain fitted perfectly and completely water proof which may sound weird but I've bought shower curtains before that were just 'shower proof' and so useless!

They made me four bespoke shower curtains of all different sizes, all arrived in super quick time, thank you Steve and the lads & ladies at Byretech

Best customer service I have ever received, hands down. I ordered a shower tray which the courier company damaged whilst in transit. I emailed the team at Byretech and Steve literally replied within seconds. He sent out a replacement spare part which arrived the next working day and even put some chocolate as an apology (even though it wasn’t their fault anyway). I am extremely satisfied and would not hesitate to purchase from Byretech again, such a great team to be dealing with and very competitive prices.

We had a problem with the water from our wet room shower spreading too far. I made enquires with this company and received excellent advice resulting in the purchase of a very high quality shower rail and curtain.
