We have just moved house and are expecting our first child this week - the bathroom in the new house had no shower. I ordered a shower head, hose, rail and curtains. The items were dispatched quickly and arrived at my home within 48 hours. All items were easy to install and are of good quality. Byretech's speedy service have taken a little of the stress out of the week!

Ordered the corner tiles and equipment to install, 27 hours later it was delivered, tiles and tools were top quality, better service than Amazon Prime. 👍

Probably the best company I have ever dealt with, their products are top quality and their after sales customer care is outstanding. Byretech interceded on my behalf when it looked like a company wasn't going to honour a guarantee on a product I'd bought through them a few years ago. They had no obligation to do this but did it just because they are a thoroughly decent company and believe in great customer service. There was nothing in it for them and actually missed out on a sale because they got me a totally free replacement. They've got brilliant reviews on Trustpilot and I am pleased to be able to add to the recommendations. Thank you Byretch for going above and beyond.

I bought a shower rail from Byretech based on their online specification and it proved to be really superb, made of top quality materials and very well designed, even down to the excellent quality of the fixing screws which have a deep cross head socket for added grip and torque. I had previously bought a cheap branded product and the brackets were made of plastic so I threw it away and bought this great piece instead. It may cost more but any buyer will not be disappointed.

We installed a shower pod on what we knew to be a low pressure gravity fed system, but as its only a guest shower we decided to risk it as it wouldnt be in use everyday. Sure enough the pressure was ok, but far from what we all expect nowadays. I found Byretech through a google search and asked some questions through the online chat. I got really sound advice, and anyway the products are really good value so wasn't much of a risk. I was advised to get a shorter hose of a larger diameter (common sense really.. shame I didnt think of that.. nor did the shower pod supplier.. ) and bought the paddle single mode head. The products arrived quickly, were incredibly easy to fit, and we now have what I would consider a good shower. I would highly reccommend this company and their products.

An exceptional company. My 1st purchase of an adjustable shower head was extremely difficult to turn and, as a result, I was sent a replacement with a different head adjuster, this works perfectly. Not only was I sent this 2nd shower head at no charge but also there was a bar of chocolate enclosed on which was written: "Just to say sorry. Best Wishes Steve Simon and the Guys from Byretech. Not only was this company tops for service (almost immediate responses to my emails) but also the 2 shower heads, in my possession, are very well made and perform exactly as shown in Byretech's web page video. After viewing the website I rang the office for advice on the most suitable product to improve the performance of our gravity-fed shower. The phone was answered by one of the directors who was very helpful and recommended a paddle-shaped shower head and a wider diameter hose. The items arrived on Saturday and have significantly improved the performance of our shower, look good and seem to be of excellent quality.

I will definately recommend this company and will return. I ordered a made to measure shower curtain for our wet room. It came on time, but was the incorrect size - i had made the error in measuring. Not a problem. I returned it, it was done correctly and it arrived today at no extra cost.

Communication was excellant and very polite and i know where to go when needing another shower curtain. Good quality and friendly service.
