I have used these guys for the last 10 or so years. Always great service, even when things aren't quite right with the car they sort it without any problems.
Pick up and drop off is really simple and reserving the car is also easy. I haven't used anyone else because these guys deliver the service every time.

Very easy fast reliable no nonsense

Shower of robbing scumbags.

Hired a car in May 2025. Car got a puncture on the second day, and no spare. Only a puncture repair kit. The tyre was well worn and not repairable.

Was charged €150 for the tyre. Almost the cost of the car for the week. Daylight robbery. Sent someone from the airport to pick us up and go back to get another car. Wasted a whole afternoon.

The staff were rude, arrogant and very unhelpful.

I wrote to customer service to complain. Over a week later I got a reply......in Spanish. Basically it said, tough, the tyre is not covered.

The cars were filthy. On starting the second car, the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree with all sorts of faults including a service which was several thousand miles overdue.

Avoid these rude, arrogant thieves like the plague.

I'll go back to using Avis as I did first time around. Wouldn't touch this lot again with a barge pole.

Sidenote. Whilst at the airport office, there was another gentleman there. He was extremely angry and shouting at the staff. Unfortunately, I don't speak Spanish so I do not know what he was saying but he was definitely well and truly hacked off.

Would not recommend and definitely say. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

Quick pick up, no excess insurance cover, easy drop off

I have used Cabrera Medina for the past 5 years . We usually visit Lanzarote twice a year and always book a car for 2/3 days . Booking online is easy and efficient . My car is usually parked near my accommodation and the office is a 5 min walk to pick /drop the keys . The staff at Puerto Del carmen (old town) are always friendly, helpful and professional. The cars themselves are always clean , comfortable and most of all reliable.

My experience with the car was good and the company done well to deliver the car to the hotel for me. But I noticed when I got into the car there was a oil warning light on the dash telling me the car had to much oil I reported this to the office and they told me the oil would burn off in my experience working with cars this is not good for the engine.
