Have used this company for a number of years and would of always recommended them, however on our arrival this year the reservation we had made months before had disappeared while we were in the air !! They had no booking for us even though it was in our account just before we boarded the plane from the uk. So no car until the next day at a considerably higher price than we had booked for just make sure you have a confirmation email and have a screenshot or printed copy of your booking.

This has got to be the easiest car hire I’ve ever done. All booked online weeks before our holiday and clear communications from then on.
Our car was delivered to our hotel by a very helpful representative who told us what was expected when the car was returned and we didn’t even have to take it back, they came and collected it from our hotel reception.
Would definitely use these guys again and would recommend to anyone

Hired a car for the day in Lanzarote for the first time, booked online strolled down to the local office a few questions, paid, and out the door with a the car all ready. Dropped the keys off back at the airport upon return, couldn’t have been more easier would definitely use again.

Delivery of car to the apartment was a bonus.

We always use this reputable company. Good value for money. Clean cars and delivered to and collected from your accommodation. Just hand the keys in at reception. Never had many problems but when we did last year the car was replaced immediately.

Excellent company. The car was exactly the same model that I booked and was a high end model with cruise control, parking sensors, lane keep assist, reversing camera, apple car play, android auto etc. The pricing was very transparent and included full insurance with no excess. They also don't take any deposit on the credit card. The best company in Lanzorate if you are planning to hire a car.

Second time I’ve hired from them in Lanzarote, easy to do, cash or card payment, no hidden extras, all included in price. Reserved online with no upfront payment. Both times we’ve had a fiat 500, iit’s perfect for whizzing around the island and fun. If we were collecting from airport we would go bigger for the suitcase etc…but waiting till we got to resort and then booked ment we didn’t need to get a large car. fuel is cheap, we did over 600km and and it cost us less than 50 euros.

When we arrived to collect the car , we felt like an inconvenience to the two gentlemen sitting in the office. They were not customer friendly at all. We were passed the key and a map and they pointed over the road and said the car is parked somewhere over there. No handover , nothing. We had to ask about fuel etc

Even though I arrived to collect the car I had pre booked from the wrong office, the staff were really friendly and helpful, they called their other office (where I actually had booked to collect the car) switched the booking so i could collect from the marina office in Playa Blanca. They didn’t know, but that really helped me as I had an appointment on a golf course some 30 minutes away, which o may have missed had I been told to go to the port office to collect the car as it was obviously my mistake. The car was in good condition, fueled, clean and ready to go in a matter of minutes. People make all the difference and the girl at Marina Rubicón was excellent

Easy to book, good value, no insurance hassle. Excellent all round.
