My package wasn't delivered, and they helped me right away and sent me a new one for the same Black Friday price as when I ordered it. Super thoughtful and kind! Also the best bronzers and makeup pallets. Always my favorite.

Broken Powder Bronzer
I had already bought off them, i was very happy with my purchase. I had run out of my powder bronzer, so i bought a new one and it broke 3 days after i bought it. I got very disappointed since its a very important step in my makeup routine, and too expensive to buy twice in less then a week. But otherwise the products are very good and quick delivery.
