If I could give zero stars for this…

If I could give zero stars for this review, I would. Seriously the worst shipping company ever. Every single one of the couple deliveries I’ve had with this company has been delayed for days and days after the tracking said it was out for delivery, which means the actual driver has it in his possession and for some reason it still takes them a week to get it to your house.

Cheating

They tell the seller that they contact me but they didn’t in reality, they propose a return without contacting me . I ask them about the cause they tell me we didn’t find the address and its not my first time i order to this address

Finally arrived - most convoluted tracking experience ever.

Two tracking numbers provided, both show same result. Can't figure out who the final mile carrier is. Submitting to AliExpress for refund, but they need more detail. Seller says contact carrier. Carrier says to contact platform. Carrier says "CNG" tracking number isn't one of theirs. Package scanned in Atlanta and then 4 days later says "the delivery of the package failed due to some reason. Courier usually leaves a notice and will try to deliver again." There was no delivery attempt at the timestamp provided in tracking.

Update: package was delivered. This makes three tracking numbers I’ve had for the shipment. When I contacted Cainiao the last time, I gave my tracking number and they asked if I was asking about another one. Initially I said no but decided to check the tracking number that they asked about and it had details that came close to aligning with my original tracking number’s progress. I still don’t know if that new tracking number is for my package, but now the original tracking number shows delivered. The whole process through Cainiao is very convoluted and the tracking never shows scan locations, just statuses. You don’t get any information on who the final mile carrier is. My package this time was “out for delivery” for two days before it was actually delivered.

If I have an option moving forward to not use Cainiao, I will avoid it.

I am yet to receive this package, as at the time of writing it has only just shipped out and has not left China. Yet it is somehow already delayed!? How do you even manage to delay it this early? Will update when said package arrives

Je n’ai jamais choisi cette société, qui m’a pourtant été imposée pour l’acheminement d’un achat.
Le service client est tout simplement catastrophique : réponses hors sujet, incompréhensibles, parfois contradictoires, donnant l’impression d’échanges automatiques ou totalement déconnectés de la réalité.
Aucun suivi sérieux, aucune prise de responsabilité, aucune volonté de résoudre le problème. Les échanges par e-mail sont lunaires et font perdre un temps considérable.
On a clairement le sentiment que le client n’est pas pris au sérieux.
Expérience extrêmement négative. Société à éviter absolument si vous tenez à votre colis et à votre tranquillité.

The customer service is simply disastrous: off-topic, incomprehensible and sometimes contradictory responses, giving the impression of automated exchanges or ones completely disconnected from reality.

There is no serious follow-up, no accountability, and no willingness to resolve the issue. Email exchanges are surreal and waste a considerable amount of time.

You clearly get the feeling that the customer is not taken seriously.

An extremely negative experience. A company to be avoided at all costs if you care about your parcel and your peace of mind.

Failure to deliver

Apparently the parcel was delivered and handed to customer. I requested proof because I was in all day and I never had a delivery. Still waiting for it. I looked everywhere outside but no delivery and no response to my request. VERY UNSATISFIED...

This company is a scammer.This is by far the worst courier service I have ever dealt with. My package was marked as “delivered,” but I never received it. After multiple attempts to contact customer service, I was met with silence, excuses, and zero accountability. No investigation, no resolution, and no refund.
It genuinely feels like my package was stolen or deliberately mishandled, and the company made no effort to correct the situation. A courier’s basic responsibility is to deliver packages safely and honestly—this company failed completely.
I would strongly advise anyone to avoid using this courier. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, choose a more reliable and trustworthy delivery service.

Ordered something back in November 27

Ordered something back in November 27, it’s Dec 27 hello??? Where is my package. Delay is understandable bc of holiday but damn. Disappointed

Delivery took weeks so didn't arrive for Christmas day. Picture made the jumper look knitted and chunky but it isn't, it's just printed onto thin material so very bad value for money. Looks ok from a distance though. Very disappointed overall!

Air Shipping? My Package Has Been ‘At the Airport’ for a Month.

I placed an order in November 2025. As of December 21, 2025, it’s been about a month and the parcel is still shown as “at the airport” with no clear reason and no real movement. Customer support only replies with a generic template: “logistics issues,” with no concrete timeline, no actionable details, and no explanation. This was sold as air shipping, but in reality it’s slower than regular mail. I’ve wasted a lot of time and nerves constantly checking tracking updates and contacting support, with no result. If this is “air,” I can’t imagine how long it would take by sea. This service is irresponsible: no transparency, no reliable ETA, and no meaningful customer support. I do not recommend Cainiao to anyone. If you can, avoid them and choose a different shipping method or seller.

It’s awful a nylon print rag. Asked for full refund, reply keep it we will give you 20% off.
I said no way want full refund. Now they are offering me 50% off and to keep it.
Done some digging comes from warehouse in south all.

Nothing done about parcel theft

My parcel got stolen by the delivery man (in France). After letting the eBay seller know I didn't get anything in 10 days, he was provided a photo in front of my mailbox and then another of putting the package in a mailbox. The second photo was cropped as to not show anything but there was enough to notice it wasn't my mailbox. I gave photos of my mailbox opened and it was clear it didn't correspond, in shape/features, color nor opening direction. The seller reported it, i did also and we both got told the investigation concluded the proof of delivery is valid.
A scummy company who covers for package theft.

Hot garbage

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a plushie for myself on November 11, 2025, I've yet to receive my package due to a "delay" that occurred on November 26, 2025, and I wrote this on December 10, 2025. I've never waited this long for a package. Extremely disappointing and infuriating. I genuinely hope this trainwreck of a company gets taken down.

If there were an award for the world’s…

If there were an award for the world’s worst shipping company, Cainiao wouldn’t just win, they’d sweep the category every single year. I genuinely don’t understand how a company can be this spectacularly terrible at the one job they exist for.

Their drivers must have superpowers, because they manage to “attempt delivery” without ever coming near your house, calling you, or even being in the same ZIP code. It’s like they deliver with psychic energy, except nothing actually shows up.

Customer service? Absolutely useless. They might as well replace their entire support team with a brick wall, because at least a wall doesn’t send you copy-paste nonsense pretending to “help.”

The reviews say it all — this company has turned incompetence into an art form. My package wasn’t just delayed; it was ignored, abandoned, and treated like it offended someone personally.

If you see the name Cainiao anywhere in your shipping details, congratulations: your package has basically entered the Bermuda Triangle of delivery services. You’re better off mailing the item to yourself via carrier pigeon. You’ll get it faster, and the pigeon will probably have better customer service, too.

Avoid this clown show at all costs.
