Incredible programs
The complete calisthenics program has been my go-to routine for the past two years. I went from weak knees and legs to learning the pistol squat (which I am progressing towards no assist). My knees feel like new now, but in the beginning, it was a struggle.
I love the structure of the program. You simply do what you are told since the routines are created for you along with helpful spreadsheets to complete as you progress. I highly recommend this program for strength, mobility, and gains in functional movement.
Great program
Great program! So glad I made the decision to go with Calimovs. I am in my 4th week of phase 2 of the beginner program (level 1). I am enjoying the journey and look forward to my future progress.

Bought both the mobility 2.0 and master calisthenics programs. Alex and Sven are incredibly knowledgeable and it shows in the way they structure the programs. They are suited to all levels, but particularly to beginners who don’t know where and how to start their calisthenics training. The coaches put a lot of emphasis on progressive overload to ensure you build not just muscle but also joint and tendon strength, minimising risk of injury and expediting your progress towards calisthenics skills. They also provide key information regarding the often neglected nutrition and recovery elements, which are essential for anyone who is serious about getting stronger and healthier.
In short, you can’t go wrong with these guys. If you buy the calisthenics programs, I strongly recommend you buy the mobility 2.0 as well as the latter provides an array of exercises focusing on joint preparation, mobility, and flexibility that can be used for your warmup and cooldown.
Very happy with it
Very happy with it, can only recommend! I am in my 40s so progress is not massive but it's still there.

The Program is great However I have a big concern here:
The website browsing on phone is very annoying and slow, would be great if you develop an app
I love their training program
I love their training program. It's very adaptive to our strengh and very progressive. I like the way to define repetitions and the difficulty thanks to the test week. It permits us to fix goals.
Indeed, a mobile app with access to videos offline and some tools to track the exercises to do during the workout would be a nice to have.
I've heard that they are working on it. I hope we'll see that soon :)
Great programs
I follow all of their YouTube videos and have enjoyed learning more about calisthenics from them. Eventually I bought their mobility program to see if it was worth it to buy the actually calisthenic programs. Because I liked the mobility program so much, I bought complete calisthenics 1-5 at the beginning of 2024. I've been doing the program slowly (for example, if i found a week particularly hard, I would re-do the following week or it I got sick I wouldn't workout at all) and as of right now I'm halfway through 3 - The advanced program which gets you learning handstands and skin the cats which are very fun to learn and slowly master. I think these programs are great and help you build the necessary muscle properly for the next progressions.
CaliMove = Sustainability
I became interested in CaliMove from their YouTube channel. I found their approach to be very practical and pragmatic. I started with the Home Work program and moved on to Mobility 2.0 and then the Complete Calisthenics Bundle. I'm on level 3 of the CCB and level 2 of Mobility 2.0. I'm stronger, more muscular, and more mobile. For example, I started at 4 pullups and after 8 phases, I can do 8 pullups (so each phase added .5 pullup).
One of the things that defines the CaliMove approach is sustainability. They preach consistency. They preach about finding the right progression for you and the current goal. They preach being honest with yourself and about setting realistic goals. They preach about listening to your body (you can't progress without recovery).
I really like the program but...
I really like the program, it has helped me a lot with some movements I couldn't do before. But there are some exercises that I cannot do, even the easiest progression, like the hurdle switches or the hurdle cross switches.
Besides, I had bought the first mobility program and it had some extra routines for specific techniques like the press handstand and the middle split and this new program does not have it. I would like it to have it back without having to pay for another program
Great mobility program
I bought Calimove mobility program. Greate results. Would recommend to everyone, unless he/she already is as mobile as El Eggs!
Start where you are. Go where you want.
The exercise program meets me exactly wherever I am. At times I have been injured or not feeling well but Alex gives you the courage and knowledge to either choose one of his many variations OR to skip / exchange a particular exercise with another. I feel that I understand the why more than any other program I have used. Thank you and keep it up!
Complete Calisthenics
I signed up to the Complete Calisthenics Levels 1 to 5 course and have followed it as instructed. I have found it excellent. The instructions, frames demonstrating how the exercises are to be done, effort required, time allowed and rest periods are all very clear and very easy to follow. I can see why the structuring of it all is why it is, so allowing you to get the most out of it. The variety of the exercises also helps keep you motivated. I have certainly got stronger as a result and I am confident I will continue to do so with the exercise phases to come. An overall excellent exercise programme and a great purchase.
Loved it
Very good program. Easy to follow and exercises are well explained.
After two years of training i do understand why it's built like that.everything make sense &results are very satisfying.I believe after am done i can simply repeat some of the programs levels or can even make my own exercises now using the same scientific base to learn new skills.
Excellent Program
I have nearly completed level one of the calisthenics program, and have been very pleased with the results.
I can do it all in my home, and very little equipment is needed.
The workouts seem to do a good job of working your whole body, and you can adjust the exercises to fit your level of strength.
There are helpful videos that explain everything.
The notation used to explain each workout is a little complicated and confusing at first, but once you get the hang of it (and there is a video explaining it) it is efficient and easy to use.
I also like that I am able to access all of the content and the daily workout on my iPhone. No need to have a computer in my exercise area.
You can see the expertise
You can see the expertise, effort and attention that went into this training program. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quality, thorough and well explained exercise regime.
Mobility and calistenics
I've been training with the mobility program and the calistenic program for almost a year now and I really like how it's made. I have put my trust in these guys and I've not been disappointed so far. I like the fact that they are providing a lot of information and explanations to support the exercises and the progression. I've regain lost mobility and I feel like I'm more resilient already. I plan on keeping it up for years to come!
Top-tier training: Expert, Supportive, and Effective!
Incredibly well-explained exercises, very good progressions, and support over the top! I keep on highly recommending CaliMove as one of the best online training teams! Strength, mobility, and calisthenics with passion and care for the customer! What else can you ask for?
I was not inclined to go to a gym and…
I was not inclined to go to a gym and had no experience with exercise. CaliMove spells out each step with detailed instruction and idiot-proof schedule and progressions. It even counts out the time right there on the screen. For a total novice, this is exactly the no BS guidance I need. I am using Home now and expect to continue through the entirety of the coursees.
Mobility 2.0 <3
I love the Mobility 2.0 program. Been using it for almost a year and I can feel the positive impact it has on my body. It feels more resilient and durable. The program works great as prehab. I struggle with some exercises and positions, but everytime there's info about scaling it down, or making it more difficult. And you definitely see progress in range of motion and getting into certain positions easier.
The program is great and easy to…
The program is great and easy to follow. The best part is the detailled explanation how to adapt the exercise to your level to avoid injuiries and frustrations. Thank you very much for this great program.
