All programs are really good
All programs are really good. Learned a lot from calimove
Training programs are great
Training programs are great. Honest guys, they don't tell that you will get in shape in 30 days but through the consistence of your efforts and prices are adequate.
Verry Efficient
The mobility programm is verry efficient. It guides you to a consistent routine that leads to good results. If you interessting in specific mobility skills you have to add some specific exersice by your own
Great programs
I've used mobility 1.0 and 2.0, and the calisthenics program. Personally I don't like too much the mobility 2.0 format (follow along), but anyway I find the content great as the other 2 mentioned programs. Really love the exercises, especially on mobility you opened my mind. When it s time I will definetely complete the calisthenics bundle with the 2 advanced levels
I love the program, but..
I love the program, but it's very inconvenient to access. I wish they invest in a mobile app that can make our lives easier.
Excellent programme
Excellent programme, really well thought out. Even though the routines are short, you are surprisingly sore (in a good way!) the following day. Massive progress being made and I genuinely look forward to the next session. Highly recommended
The Mobility 2.0 program is very well…
The Mobility 2.0 program is very well structured and excellently suited for improving flexibility, strength, and coordination.
I would like to thank the Calimove team.
Great progressively structured workout plan
I have been training with the complete calisthenics training program for months. The plan is very well-done, the exercises are well explained, including how to increase/reduce difficulty and each workout so far has been enjoyable and, in my view, properly geared to support the progression to harder exercises.
I had tried in the past other programs, but this is the one I know I will be able to stick to long-term, especially since I can already see the results in terms of development of my own skills.
A really great plan, I can definitely recommend Calimove's programs!
Great variety
Great variety. Keeps things interesting. I went through Complete Calisthenics 2-4, then switched to Body Transformation Pro level. I do prefer the latter, though there was some fun stuff in the Calisthenics program. I also purchased the Mobility program, which - though I struggle to fit in full mobility sessions - has taught me a lot of useful stretches.
More than 5 years training with this programs…
More than 5 years training with this programs as my main plan. And I still will need some more to reach the top level.
Worth every penny spent on them.
Perfectly structured Programs
Perfectly structured Programs! Especially the home gym workout with realtime video sessions are really fun! It’s like training with a friend 👍💪
Great programs
Been using their 5 level program over the last 4ish years. Almost done with my second pass through all 5 levels and I've never been stronger or felt better.
Mobility 2.0 is awesome
Mobility 2.0 since Dec 2022. Doing meaningful stuff at home, with (almost) no tools is wonderful and you can do it multiple times a week for a one time cost and minimal time.
Explanatory videos are awesome, the follow along videos work really well. It is clear what to do, how long it will take and where to focus on.
Very progressive and serious method
The Mobility program is very progressive and of good quality with sensible video, timer and difficulty level.
ive reviewed and looked at multiple…
ive reviewed and looked at multiple stretching programs and Cali Move finally seems to fit my needs and work well. One, its thorough and hits one of the widest ranges of muscle groups ive seen in programs out there for the body and Two, its the most affordable with one fee up front without expensive monthly fees. Im sold and LOVE this program. Id recommend it to any and all looking for good stretch programs.
Easy to follow, gets results
Started seriously training calisthenics at age 50 and worked my way up to archer pull ups and dragon flag, but progress was slow, and I didn't see much change in physique. Then I started the CaliMove Complete Calisthenics Bundle. The instruction is awesome, and the program is easy to follow. It gives progressions to make any workout a challenge regardless of ability. Now I do fewer, shorter workouts and see more results. I wish I started this program sooner.
well done
I tried several online workout apps and there is nothing so well elaborated and well explained as calimove. I am following "complete calisthenics bundle" about 3 years now.
Years training with their programs
Years training with their programs, to master calisthenic (1-5 bundle), and mobility (1.0 and 2.0).
You just need to stay consistent and follow the programs, the rest just come in time.
I started back in 2021, and I'll keep going. You can do and re-do the programs and keep getting stronger and stronger
Good Training.
Good Training.
Well teached.
I'm 57 years old, and the satisfaction almost achieves when i was a swimmer.
I have an elbox problem, i can't go back to swin but a can do your exercises.
Good
Excellent so far
Bought the mobility 2.0 program as well as the home workout. It has helped me reach much better mobility results as well as understand what muscles work for each exercise.
The home workout it is a very well structured with well given explanations and good progression. I never expected simple exercise to be this difficult when done with correct form.
