Really helpful
I really like how the exercises are structured and all the helpful explanations.
Mobility program
I have bought the Mobility program. Right now I'm halfway through. I enjoy. It is completely understandable and I have no questions so far.
At one point I needed help because the videos weren't working and I immediately got a response email with various alternatives on what to do to solve my problem.
I would definitely recommend it to others!
Love it.💪🏽
These guys offer great workouts and simply everything I’ve always been looking for, regarding calisthenics and working out at home.
I tried different calisthenics workout programs in the past but Cali Move is definitely my favorite (well-structured exercise plans; based on science and common sense for a healthy way to reach your goals; raising your awareness to avoid overtraining; no unrealistic promises; lifetime access; warm-up routines; explanation videos for each exercise, valuable Q&A-section etc.).
I do not like going to the gym and that’s why I bought Complete Calisthenics + Mobility 2.0 roughly 1.5 years ago. It is still fun and motivating to follow along the workouts and to see and feel the progress at intervals of a few weeks.
I think it was the best decision (at least for me) and I can definitely recommend the Cali Move Programs. 😊
Best money ever spent!!!
I started using Complete Calisthenics in November 2022. I started from 0. I was able to do only 1 proper pull-up. Now I am doing 7 typewriter pull-ups!!! I am so happy with my purchase that even bought it for my nephew and also bought the Moblility 2.0 program. Never had any issues with their customer service, always willing to support their customers. I recommend it highly to anyone no matter what their level. BEST MONEY EVER SPENT!
Easy to follow and I am seeing results!
I have bought most fitness program/subscriptions you might cross online, and the guys at Cali easily rate in the top three.
I am following their calisthenics bundle and mobility program (I had the old one, and also got mobility 2.0)
For Calisthenics, You need to invest 30 mins to understand their system of frames and progressions and from their it's smooth sailing.
I am the type who gets injured easily, I would always end up with an achy joint or legamanet somewhere, I didn't get that with Cali. Their progression is well-designed that all elements in my body (not just muscles) are becoming better.
For the mobility, they have a follow along videos, and individual explanations for each movement.
I used the support three times, and always got a response within two days, once by El Eggs himself !
Downside:
The lack of a mobile app is annoying at first, but their website works great on mobile phone. You can create a shortcut on your phone screen just like any app.
Best programme ever
After binging their YouTube channel and learning as much as I could, I invested in the full Complete Calisthenics program and WOW. I'm always sceptical when it comes to buying fitness programmes but this one is 100% worth every penny; a comprehensive, accessible, and enjoyable guide taking you through every stage of calisthenics. I went from a relative beginner to now just starting level 3 and my strength and appearance has improved drastically! The best part is that you get this program for life, so, as a busy student when times have been tough and too busy, I've been able to go at my own pace, and maintain or pick up from where I left off when I'm ready - if you want to improve your fitness AND physique but this program 5 stars!
Really well designed programs and clear…
Really well designed programs and clear instructions. Make sure you take the time at the beginning of the program to uderstand the workouts though, especially if you need to do an easier progression. My only improvement would.be more detail and tips on progressing through different workout progressions
Strongly recommended!
I love the workout program as it is easy to follow the track and you don't have to plan your training. A bit more variety in the exercises would sometimes be nice although I reckon you need some repetition to improve. Moreover, I would appreciate a "bonus" exercise, because on some days you feel stronger than on other days and you would like to do more than on a regular day.
I had some trouble getting used to the style of the training - which feels like more breaks than workout time. But this way is more efficient for building muscle mass and strength so I guess it's worth giving it a try!
I did not need to contact customer support so far so I can't say anything about it.
Overall - great workout program and I strongly recommend it!
I'm looking forward to getting past the beginner program and starting the more interesting exercises!
An Excellent General Mobility Program
I followed the mobility program for over a year, doing it in the evenings with my wife after our toddler went to bed. It was an excellent program, easy to follow and everything is very well explained and demonstrated. I noticed an enormous improvement in the the way I felt and moved over the course of the year.
I do have two cautions/criticisms. First, this is a generalist program. Their aim is to be comprehensive, and to have you work as many movements, joints, and muscles as possible in a short period of time. The disadvantage here is that if you need more focus on a certain area (e.g. pike or shoulder mobility) the program does not really offer it.
A related issue is one of progression. Almost all of the movements have regressions that you can do so that some versions of the movements are possible. This is true up until the final level, at least. At that level there were a number of movements I still could not do. I could also never achieve certain movements (advanced pancake and bridge, for example) given the practice that the course offers. I ended up just repeating the same level over and over without seeing much progress. This is ultimately why I stopped doing it after a year or so, and moved on to more specialized mobility work.
Overall, a wonderful experience and a great program. Thanks CaliMove!
Great platform with excellent daily workouts.
The Calimove platform is excellent, offering a well-structured program with exercises that are ideally suited for a home setting and require minimal equipment.
The routines and daily workouts are easy to follow and are well-structured.
I enjoyed the way the program gradually…
I enjoyed the way the program gradually introduces newer and newer movements but at one point a few moves were introduced that did not have an intro and I hit a wall. I had to abandon my journey with you. I made through 4 months with you but hat is when I hit a wall. The movements involved pivoting underneath and touching my foot with my hand. I could not get the move and it discouraged me too much to move onwards. A break down would have really helped. Otherwise I really enjoyed how this system motivated me to improve my body overall. I still do the warm ups I learned with you.
Constant Improvement
I have been able to learn a lot from this course. Before I was not even able to do a single push up, but now I feel so confident I can do exercises I did not think of me doing before. I feel amazing and thanks to all of the videos and explanations I am learning a lot.
Brought me health and strength
Instructive, motivating, well-paced, structured, simple UI, reasonably priced. Home Workout + Mobility 2.0 were just what I needed following a bout with exercise fatigue due to an illness. I'm healthier/stronger for having stuck with them.
Desperately needs an App
The programmes are excellent but using them is a bit of a hassle due to the lack of an app.
The program is great
The program is great. The star count is only because after finishing beginner course, I got stuck in Intermediate week 1 and 2. I think the difference between the 2 levels is much bigger, or at least it feels bigger for a man close to 40. So it takes me a lots of time and extra effort but still can't get passed those 60x15-25 pushups.
Get these courses and work hard if you want to unlock potential
I bought the complete calisthenics bundle in November 2022. I am just about to complete course 4 of 5. Over the last year and a half my progress has been very good. My strength and muscle mass has increased significantly. I started off pretty out of shape, only able to do 5 pull ups and 12 push ups without stopping. I can now do 17 pull-ups and 58 pushups in one set. I also unlocked the front lever and the muscle up very recently. The progression is excellent and feels very natural. Thinking back to the beginning, the exercises were great for building the foundation. I remember the fear the first time I tried to skin the cat and the nausea I got being upside down. Now though it's a very normal position to be inv which shows that I'm conditioned for it. I'm very excited to progress into the final course and see what my body is now capable of.
I'll certainly consider further courses from calimove, most likely mobility. Excellent work guys!
I am 60 years old
I am 60 years old. I’ve been using CaliMoves since 2020, just before the pandemic started. I started with the Home Workout and the Mobility Programs. I am now going on to my second time through the Body Transformation programs (Basic and Pro). I still haven’t managed to get though the Elite Program yet.
I love these programs! No gym, no expensive weights. I am also on a purist Keto diet and I am fat adapted. All these things together don’t help the loss of use of my legs below the knees, but it keeps my core strong and my legs above the knees and my upper body are tight and strong.
My disability is not an impediment to using these courses, with modifications, of course. Without them, I would be immobile with even more physical ailments.
Thank you CaliMoves, Sven and El-Eggs!
Sincerely.

Excellent content and support.
Excellent content and support.
Tutorial videos, constant focus on the correct form, very progressive overload in order to improve and avoid overtraining/injuries.
The 5th star is missing only because the program needs some modernization, turning it into an App.
Good program so far (2month)
Good program so far (2month).
Training with my sons, who like the program too.
Open the program on the Phone once, and it opens easily later on. The missing star is due to the price, but as a small firm (calimove) they have smaler sales, so I understand
Their calisthenics program is okay
I signed up for the compete calisthenics, currently finishing level 2. It's generally good and brings results, although sometimes I can't keep up with the pace of progressive overload they expect from me: required sets or reps add up quick, and in that case I just repeat the same week until I'm able to perform everything with good form. It stretches out the whole course, of course, for me it might take 2.5 years instead of just 2 to complete. But I like how it's organized and all. Adding some cardio and a good diet is essential to see substantial visual change in your body composition though, I think.
