Ordered a Ralph Lauren Gillette, lady was extremely helpful on the phone and honoured discount price. Delivery was very quick using a reputable courier UPS. It, was well packed and all the returns labels inside if needed. However Gillet was as described.... excellent and fitted perfectly. I would have no hesitation in using this company again a very pleasant experience.

Ordered a custom fit Ralph Lauren shirt and was sent a slim fit. No reply from the company following an email sent. Poor service.

Bought a Colombia coat, the lining started to come away within a year so I contacted them. I'm in the UK and i think they are in sweden so i foresaw problems but they sorted it out straight away for me, sent me free returns and I have just received the full refund. Excellent customer service from them and from Varma in particular.

I could not find the boots I wanted in the size / colour I wanted and after seeing so many bad reviews, I was sceptical if I would ever see my boots or get my money back. I rolled the dice caliroots.com. ordered the boots on 30/12 and they were delivered in perfect condition 5/1 via UPS.

I have purchased a T-shirt and my money has gone out however I have had no confirmation email at all and upon contacting the support email I have no reply.

⛔️⚠️Absolutely abysmal. Ordered a polo sport vest for £170 and got sent a random jacket. Incredibly disappointed as I have been saving up for the vest for a while.

Have emailed them and awaiting response, spoke to their customer service on the phone who did not apologise and said on the system it shows the right order was sent, and that a lot of customers lie about receiving the wrong item.

This is terrible behaviour. Will never be shopping with these lot again.⛔️⚠️

I ordered Clark’s Original Wallabees on this website. I received them and they are literally making my skin crawl looking at them and then looking at the price on my receipt. I wish I could show them

Ordered a Ralph Lauren Oxford shirt for my Sons birthday, received a polo top instead. When I called I was told shirt was not in stock so they sent that instead!! What a joke, I now have to send back and wait 14 days for a refund. In the meantime my Son is without the present he really wanted for his birthday. First time ordering and definitely the last!

Good price (cheapest in Europe) for item ordered. 7 day delivery to Latvia for free. Quality of the ordered item is excellent.

Crazy how bad their service are. I ordered a pinscreen and some candles and one of the candles were broken halfway and used, the pinscreen was cracked in the corner and i immediately sent an email. They ignored it for a while until i wrote a review here. They refunded me after they saw the review and gave me a discount so i could order the damaged goods again. (they also asked me to remove the review btw). Little did I know that I would never get those things at all because my order went missing??. Never got any updates so I sent them an email again and they just gave me an 10% discount.. i'm NOT ordering the same stuff for the third time are you kidding me?

This down rating may be for a unique scenario but it messed up a present so I wanted to share...
I purchased a Polo Ralph Lauren fleece hoodie for a very good price via their website. The colour looked dark navy compared to the typical light blue. When it came, it was a totally different colour so I called them up and their service was friendly but they confirmed that the warehouse had uploaded the wrong colour to the item code. They offer free returns which is the only reason I didn't give a 1star. You would hope errors like this wouldn't happen with reasonably large businesses.

I received a defective item and asked for a refund. The agent I’ve spoken to refunded the shipping cost immediately, however, for the item itself, it’s been more than 14 days since I returned the defective item and I haven’t got the refund yet.

It is discouraging to order again in any of the footway group of companies due to this refund process taking forever. Not to mention that the actual return requires you to return specific invoices along with the item. I think mine came with 5 of the proforma invoices.

Not the best experience.

Update: I increased the rating to additional 1 star due to the quick response here and the response I got when I followed up my refund. It would be better if they process the refund automatically and not waiting for the customer to follow up.

I must say, I've had reading a lot of bad reviews, but I took the "risk" and order a pair of Puma sneakers at the Caliroots webshop. I have used Klarna to be sure I didn't pay for nothing or something fase. But.... everything was running very smoothly. 4 days after my order, I have received exactly the right sneakers in a normal way. They were delivered by UPS with a track and trace. So, I will order again with no bad feelings and experiences. Thank you Caliroots for delivering my very nice Puma sneakers, I'm very happy with the shoes! I can advice the people, you can order, pay with Klarna with out any doubt!

Very cheap clothing compared to mainland UK prices, designer brands at good prices. Ralph Lauren linen shirt for £58 vs over £100 in the UK. Delivery was fairly swift, I received within 5 working days. I will be ordering from Caliroots again based on their competitive prices.

Please note they use UPS as their main logistics firm and UPS in the UK are rubbish, for instance they don’t deliver to my house they just dump the parcels at the closest UPS pick up / drop off station I.e the local corner shop. Luckily for me my closet UPS corner shop location is 5 mins walk away.

Some of the clothes I ordered didn’t fit so I sent them back for free which is all included in the original shipping fee you pay when ordering. You have 365 days to return for refund which is very good policy.

When returning the clothes from the UK back to Sweden, the instructions on the Caliroots website isn’t clear. On my first attempt to send back I put all the invoices for customs inside the package, as the website didn’t say to attach an invoice to outside of package. Because I didn’t attach to outside of package, the package was returned to me after 5 days going through UPS systems. After this I got in touch with customer support about my issue and was provided with clearer instructions which I followed and after this there was no issue with my second attempt to return the items that didn’t fit me via UPS.

It took about a 7-9 days after my package was received in Sweden for the refund to appear on my card, but it did and overall I am pleased with the customer service and the clothes I kept.

Mixed reviews on this site but cant fault them. Had an item thats out of stock most places Iv checked. Was delievered within a week to liverpool. (Responded right away to any questions I had)

Item took forever to arrive then received notification I had been partially refunded 3 weeks later - no explanation as to why. Had to call up and chase them, to which they said the item had been damaged and returned. I then had to request a refund for postage as well due to the fact I never received the item. Appalling service beware!

About 7-10 orders placed. Allways exceptional service, even if something goes wrong (last time UPS didn’t deliver directly to my address rather to a collection point - so I received a full refund).
