Absolutely amazed
I found a pair of Vans I couldn't find in my city (in my size) and even if I did, it would have cost me almost double. On Caliroots not only did I find a vast availability of sizes but I found the exact model I wanted and paid 40 euros less then what I would have in a store near me.
Shipping was lighting fast. I choose DHL quick delivery (placed the order Friday night) and received my shoes Tuesday. I'm so freaking happy. The size was right, the model, the price the shipping everything was absolutely perfect!

Item never arrived, UPS tracking just stopped updating on Germany before it got to the UK Caliroots have ignored my emails.
I emailed footway GB asking for assistance and was given it rapidly and was issued with a full refund

Not disappointed whatsoever. More impressed how they were able to ship an item from Sweden in 2 days, item was dispatched a day after ordering so very fast. 10/10 recommend.

Lost parcel, Caliroots promptly resolved
The customer service replied and resolved the issue with delivery to nearby UPS pick up point.
So good experience after all!
They have sent me email confirmation that the parcel has been delivered by ups but I suspect it’s lost. I haven’t received anything and nobody is answering to my emails!
