They sold me a ralph lauren cap that was sent with UPS who lost the package and no one is taking responsibility.
Caliroots don't even answer me on their customer service email address. Neither through Instagram.
Very bad experience.

Great company with great products at good prices. Found the Helly Hanson Jacket I was after at Runforest. Delivery from Sweden to the UK was really quick, I was kept up to date with e-mails and got my purchase within five working days.
Really happy and will be continuing to use Rainforest again and will be making another order very soon.

Took a gamble on this site as reviews seem to be split down the middle - 5stars or 1star?

My experience was 5star. Bought x1 pair of genuine tracksuit bottoms, delivered next day, to the UK (Northern Ireland customer). DHL delivery was quick and to the correct address (my delivery and billing were the same).

Maybe the returns/complaints process is messy? But I had no issues.

One hundred percent great company to shop with and will shop again in the near future

Ordered to GB, got a notification to say my order had been delivered in Denmark then a refund email with no funds actually refunded.

I'm a long time caliroots customer. they've always had great products, awesome prices and my latest purchase on 29th December has been delivered quite fast considering the NYE break. thanks a lot guys, see you soon! =)

Terrible company, took my money had me waiting 2 weeks, then my parcel gets sent 300 miles away from my home for me to be told they don’t send to my country, so how did I order?

Now out of pocket for 2 weeks.

From the order to the follow up service. The whole process of shipping to the UK was first class updated of transport from UPS, had to change for another size of his was quick and easy to complete. The trainers were first class. Highly recommend and will be shopping again

Ordered Timberland Boots on 1.1.23 and by 5.1.23 they were delivered direct from Sweden by UPS. Smooth transaction and exactly as described. Fantastic service.. why pay 30% more to purchase in a London store. They also offer free returns in case you are not satisfied. Excellent experience.. Recommend.

Bought a ralph lauren jacket, arrived in a week so not too bad, looks and feels amazing tbh for a great discount. Only reason its not full stars is I ordered one before thinking it was black but it turned out dark green now i have to return it. You should try to get better pictures for some products because it really looked black.

I wouldn’t recommend this company. They sent my order miles from my home. Also used UPS who even a worse company than them.

One of the best online buying. Shoes where sent from Swiden and two days later i tried them on.
Sadly i took to big number. Return was hustle free. Got my money back in 5 days. Excellent. Will shop here again.

The colors showed in the picture were not the same, I received a color that it’s not even on your catalog and it was a size smaller than what I asked, so I’m not sure if buying again cause I don’t know if you are selling white instead of grey or what it’s going on.

Soul hanging off the trainer pointless sending back..tried once before a while ago..when my daughter brought something ended up throwing the item away normally I would be fuming..ask for money back etc..this time I literally could not be bothered I ordered 3 times the same gazelle black and white trainers 2 went to London.. I eventually got one pair I was told it was a mistake with labelling your end only ordered 1 pair ..plus its been a nightmare week ordered 5 other things from other outlets..3 of which was just as bad so all in all a bad week which is why I was so pissed of I threw them away once I saw the soul hanging off this issue has now been sorted by a very helpful assistant which could of happened at the beginning
