These guys have so many brilliant products and sizes that were not available in the UK. It blew my mind that the price for what I wanted was better and then it even arrived next day… from Sweden!

I was gutted when the boots didn’t fit but the customer service has been exceptional. The best I’ve experienced. They replied to emails swiftly (now rare even being able to chat on email with many main retailers these days).

Return postage was provided already in the box. They offered to refund the money I’d spent on shipping as well as the boots.

Pretty much my go-to online store. Despite being based in Sweden and the Brexit it sh**show the delivery is super-quick via UPS straight to a drop off point. Highly recommend. Much more reliable than the UK stores like Size? or Mr Porter that are absolutely useless when something goes wrong.

I was sent the wrong size of trainers and had to walk far away to pick them up! UPS sent my package to a shop instead of leaving it with my building's concierge! Not friendly service!

Recently purchased a pair of shoes from caliroots. Later i received a promotion code, as i signed up for e-mail subscription. I've already purchased the shoes, which i found unfortunate, as I did not initially apply any Promotion Code.

I called customer service, and asked them if I could apply my promotion code, to already purchased item.

No problem at all! I though i had to cancel my order and repurchase.

Caliroots just refunded 15% to my credit-card, which happened within minutes!

Every pair of future shoes will be purchased from Caliroots!

Salomon simply don’t have any stock of their popular shoes, so I searched and found that Caliroots had exactly what I wanted. I bought 2 pairs of different sizes, kept the pair that fitted me best and returned the other pair. Caliroots delivered the shoes promptly, sent a free return label so I was able to return the unwanted pair at no cost, and was refunded almost immediately. Their customer service people were wonderful and the overall experience was excellent. I will definitely be checking their website first when looking for products.

I have been using caliroots for many a number of years to order sneakers and clothes and apart form the brief time the caliroots website was down. I have never had an issue with orders / deliveries or returns, I always recommend the site to pals who have not heard etc.....top spot

Bought a jacket at half price, had to return it, because of size issues.

Shipping + quality of the product was excellent, and the money was returned shortly after I mailed the jacket to Caliroots.
