Very bad service. Read the reviews before order where 50% of parcels ended up at the wrong place and thought we would be lucky. We were not. It got posted 300miles from where we live and it seemed they couldn’t redirect. Ended up getting a relative to collect and will just wait for it. Bad that they haven’t sorted the issue in their website that picks shipping based on billing address not actual place you request it’s sent.

I am very annoyed with this company. Ordered a backpack back in end of July. Didn't get the item so contacted them n was told there was some problem with posten and it got lost. So almost after 3 weeks I was refunded the money without even a simple apology. Very shameful. Never ever buying anything from them again.

I bought me a shirt from the japanese brand neighborhood- cool peace! Can't tell how it feels cause I still got it in sealed bag. But in general they offer high quality peaces with heavy cotton and solid prints on it. Plus I got that shirt for a good price- happy!

This is obviously a very badly managed company who are not competent enough to ship a parcel without screwing it up. Seriously just steer clear of this company if you'd like to save your time.

Ordered in the weekend, delivered on tuesday afternoon in Belgium. Can't ask for anything more.

I was a bit sceptical given a lot of negative reviews on Caliroots, it has been several years since I ordered something from this site, but I was pleasantly surprised, no issues at all. My order was at my door in small town in Slovakia in several days, no issue with transportation, quality, size or anything at all, would definitely recommend.

Item was too small. Very little instruction re returns so label printed and sent via UPS. Item has just been returned as invoice (4 of which are in the box) wasn’t stuck to the outside of the box. Nowhere obvious does it say one of the invoices must be stuck to the box.

Item was sent to an address 3 hours away from me. No customer support. I’m now £50 down.

The item was ordered on the 7th April but didnt arrived for pick up till the 19th (Order 1300358235). It would have been ok if there was no delivery fee. But the item did came in good condition although not in a protective box considering it is an item that can easily get squashed and deformed during transport. The after sales team handled it well by refunding the shipping as goodwill gesture. They have also taken note of my feedback regarding packing collectible items. Overall I think it is a very decent site with courteous staff that responds back immediately for queries.

The length and colour was just what I was looking for in a pair of denim shorts and the quality, immaculate. I ordered a w34 which is my usual size and they fit perfectly.
