Item sent to wrong UPS drop off point from ther one I requested and I am unable to get my goods as so far away which out me paying £20 in taxi fare , and when i call the outlet they are shut even though it says they should be open. How frustrating and rubbish is this.So fed up not using them again.

I read few bad reviewsand first time used Caliroots. Impeccable. Immediate confirmation of order Xmas Eve. Confirmation of shipment DHL Express Stephens day. And arrived at my home here in Ireland today. Exactly on time. Ralph Lauren Polo Hoodie, perfect fitting and half the price it is on Zalando at moment. Honestly guys you have a new loyal customer. Fast and reliable, the shipment came from Sweden to Italy in about 4 days, Just in Time for Christmas. Nice synergy with DHL.

Ordered one item but it was a little too big. Re ordered a new size and returned the original. Label already supplied and refund was processed quickly. Both items arrived promptly with excellent tracking.

I used Caliroots to order Christmas presents for my boyfriend. Unfortunately, UPS lost my package. Caliroots did everything they could to help track it down, evening contacting UPS themselves to move the investigation along. Unfortunately the package was never found. Caliroots refunded me for my order. Sara from Caliroots was super kind, helpful, and attentive throughout the mildly stressful ordeal. I could not recommend their customer service more highly :) Support this store!

Granted there's a decent selection of items but having to spend £6.99 on delivery for an order over £100 is ridiculous - plus it's delivered to some local shop and not your house, and it's now been delayed.

Certainly won't be shopping here again if I can find what I want elsewhere, unless a reasonable delivery service is provided - ideally free, and at least to the door. And no, I won't ever pay upwards of £10 for 1-3 day priority shipping!

Ordered a mans Ralph Lauren jacket which is a different colour to a one i previously bought in UK. Item arrived within 24hrs and was identical in every aspect to the one i already owned (apart from colour). Inside delivery box was an addressed return label just in case. Very simple and easy transaction and the clothing is the real deal.

I clearly requested a return of the product.
You do not provide customer service.

Okay so far , ordered my clothes online , was very happy with the price !! And couldn’t find these items else where !!

The delivery was cheap considering it came from abroad ! And my items had arrived in like 1.5 days .. oh and there was a 10% discount !! So thank you !

A lot of good brands, the navigation and search functions are clunky but initially I was impressed. They were quick to reply when I had a query too. The reason for such a low is score is that they charge £15 for delivery - which you don't get back when your clothing doesn't fit as described.
Not nearly enough detail on size and fit for you to be losing that kind of money every time something isn't right.
