mason pearson brush never received !!

bought a mason pearson brush and never received it !! contacted them numerous times and only one response in the beginning and told to continue to wait. I have waited past the delivery date and tried to contact them 3 more times and nothing.... so still NO BRUSH and NO RESPONSE

I ordered my goods on 6th October,2019…

I ordered my goods on 6th October,2019 and as of 20th November have still not received parcel. So not very happy at all.

Extremely happy with my whole experience

Extremely happy with the service , my order but most importantly the price.
The initial discount just for signing up is amazing and even with paying the very low postage all the way to Australia my order was still heaps cheaper then buying locally.

Love Calissa

Love Calissa. Every thing I ordered arrived in perfect condition, well packaged. Oh, and very quickly. I have been reading the reviews on the Mason Pearson hair brush, but the prices were so expensive that I just couldn’t. Your price was good so I got the brush. I love it. I will be buying one for my husband and niece. Also your samples were very generous. Couldn’t be more happy with buying from Calissa.
