Brilliant service…
Camera Jungle had brilliant communication throughout and provided easy to follow instructions on how to trade the camera back to them. They even organised a courier to collect the package from me so no queuing at the post office! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
First class, as always
Excellent service from Camera Jungle, as always. Selling my camera gear and lenses was quick and easy, with great communication from Adam - thank you!
I have found Camera Jungle brilliant!…
I have found Camera Jungle very efficient, helpful and honest, especially Adam.
He also responds extremely quickly to all of my questions.
I strongly recommend Camera Jungle to everyone.
Excellent Service
Excellent Service. I have used Camera Jungle many times over the last 5 years as I have upgraded my photography kit. Their service has always been first class from collection to communication to payment and their prices have always been very fair. I will continue to use them for a hassle free service. Thank you Camera Jungle. MB Professional Photographer.
Impossible to close account
Once you have given these jokers your details it is impossible to close your account. AVOID DEALING WITH THEM AT ALL COSTS.
Great service
Excellent service selling some unused camera equipment to these guys.
Would definitely recommend
All good
All good! Even with a bank holiday weekend in the way it only took just over a week from start to finish. This is the 3rd time I've used them in about 7 years, sa far so good.
Poor Customer Service and Lack of Payment for Lens Sale with Camera Jungle
I sold a lens to Camera Jungle and, despite the courier collecting it on the 9th August 2023 and Camera Jungle receiving it on the 10th, I am still waiting for payment as of the 25th. I have sent several emails providing my account details and enquiring about the status of the payment, but have received no response. I am extremely disappointed with their lack of communication and poor customer service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
selling to camera jungle
after getting a quote and accepting, i was informed what to do and even collected free. i was contacted when they had received my items and after inspection my money was paid into my account swiftly.
overall i was very pleased how it all went.
Excellent service
Excellent service. I bought a Canon eos r camera. After 20 hours, I have it in my hands. It exceeded all my expectations . Perfect condition everything is as it was in the description. Thank you very much. Only one thing surprised me that I did not receive an email about the payment. I bet perfectly .Delighted.
Excellent company to deal with
Excellent company to deal with. Adam has provided a very professional and friendly service. Very fair prices were given for equipment that I sold to them. Highly recommended.
Very dodgy service
Ordered a £900 camera on the Saturday, didn't receive an email confirmation. Tried phoning them on 2 different numbers on the Monday. One number didn't work, the other number kept playing a recorded message saying their offices were now closed and to call back between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday (I made the call at 11.30am on the Monday). At this point I'd already emailed them, and contacted them on Facebook without a response. I used Camera Jungle back in 2019 and found them easy to deal with. Something doesn't feel right about them now and I have now initiated a claim with my bank to reclaim my money. Suffice to say I'll never use them again.

Straight forward to deal with,I like the free collection service. If you have got camera equipment to sell I would recommend Camera Jungle.
Takes your money and doesn't supply the goods
Paid for a camera and lens on Tuesday and no email confirmation came through, despite the correct email being used and receiving a welcome email to the same address. Emailed customer service Wednesday as still nothing received. Got a confirmation saying they had received my query. Thursday chased it up and still no answer from customer service or email confirmation of my order - yet the payment has completed. So they now have my money and I have no goods or confirmation of the order. Thankfully I got a screenshot of my order, but it looks like I'm going to have to pursue a refund through the bank, followed by a conplaint to the Ombudsman. Poor company to deal with, I'd avoid.
Excellent and fast service.
Selling my lens through Camer Jungle was a very easy process. I used the free collect service and there was no issue. I will be using them again.
Camera sales
I use Camera Jungle for my camera equipment all the time as they are fair, timely and quick to pay. Adam and Pete from Jessops Academy have been particularly helpful
Absolutely furious
From the moment my purchase was made I had serious misgivings. I found customer service slow to respond and ultimately very unhelpful. I wish I had read these reviews before I gave them my money. I am currently £388 pounds out of pocket . Let’s see if obtaining a refund for the lenses I have returned is as painful. I intend to see advice from financial ombudsman as I am not prepared to accept Camera Jungles decision on my missing camera.
everything went smoothly and i would…
everything went smoothly and i would recommend camera jungle if you want to sell your equipment for a fair price
Slow and poor customer service
Slow and poor customer service.
Firstly I emailed a question and waited a few days before I got a reply.
Then I sent off a camera to sell to them, but it was rejected as it needed a couple of repairs and because there was no serial number on the base plate.
I bought the camera from Camera Jungle a couple of years ago, and it came with no serial number on the base plate.
When I questioned this, why they refuse to buy my camera back with no serial number even though they themselves had sold it to me like that, my question was simply ignored.
The whole process of sending the camera and getting it returned also took more time than I expected.
I had some other gear to sell so I used MPB instead and their customer service was really fast and good. So I have left them a 5 star review. Wouldn't use Camera Jungle again and wouldn't recommend, as MPB were far superior both in speed and professionalism.

I sold an old camera and lens and found the process easy as I all the questions I had answered quickly.
