Camerashy made us feel like we were there top priority from start to finish.
We were in contact for about a year before our wedding, we choose Camerashy at a wedding exhibition- they were so friendly to us and we knew right away we wanted Scott to capture our day. Carrie was great at replying so quick to all my questions throughout the whole year and made me feel so comfortable.
Scott was so amazing on our day from calming me down to helping the boys with their button holes! An all-rounder!
We got our photos back so quick, we can’t stop looking through them and sharing them with everyone.

Scott is an unbelievable photographer. His work on our wedding day was beyond amazing. He captures perfect moments which means we can relive them every time we look back at them. Not only is he so good at what he does he is genuine and caring, he wants you to have these memories captured perfectly. We were extremely relaxed around him, he gets to know you and this helps with taking the photos on the day.
Carrie is also wonderful, she is so friendly and approachable - I don't think we've ever met anyone so organised and efficient. She and Scott made the whole process so wonderfully simple and enjoyable we would definitely recommend Camerashy to anyone looking for a photographer.

Scott was recommended to me by our humanist, and listening to that advice was the best thing I could have done for our wedding day.
From the first meet Scott feels like an old friend. Both my partner and I are cripplingly awkward about having photos taken, but despite this Scott made us feel so comfortable very quickly with his positive attitude and banter.
We didn't make the day challenge-free for Scott, as along with having our horses and dog an integral part of the day, we also got married outside on the day of an actual storm! Despite enough pressure to put the fear in most wedding photographers, Scott not only stayed calm and reassuring to us but found ways to make it all work in our favour. It didn't just feel like we had hired someone to take pretty pictures, it felt like we had found someone who was just as invested in the day as we were and he was genuinely excited about our ideas.
We have seen the sneaky peek photos from our day and I may not sleep for the next few weeks until we get them all as I'm just SO excited! We are thrilled with what we have already seen and feel like we are reliving the day again each time we look at them.
I can't sign off without also mentioning Carrie, this lady has superpowers as there wasn't one piece of correspondence that I didn't get an answer to within 20 minutes no matter what time of the day or night it was sent.
Overall I can't believe what a truly stunning experience we have had and what amazing value for money we got it for. I will not shut up to anyone who will listen about this dream team and if you are looking for a photographer then I urge you to send a message now.

Our wedding photos look so beautiful, amazing and stunning... I'm literally running out of words to describe how much we love them all. Never thought wedding photos could be done so nicely for our micro wedding. We like the colour, the scene, the settings and attention to details.... What a treat! The item shots for the wedding dress, wife's red shoes and our wedding rings look so special. The black and white photos look classic and timeless. I can go on forever...

A picture is worth a thousand words. Through those wonderful photos, we can recall our complex feelings and emotions for the day, excitement, joyfulness, gratefulness and even a little nervous (for me). Even with the challenge of Covid restriction and our simply wedding setting, Scott really brought out the best in our wedding day and recorded it wonderfully for us. For that, both Shuo and I and our families are sincerely appreciated! Thank you so much Carrie and Scott!

We found Scott at a local wedding exhibition and knew he was the right photographer for our wedding! (The fact we got free chocolate was an added bonus!)

From the first meeting to arrange the details he was unbelievably thorough and flagged things up we hadn’t even thought of for our peace of mind! He made us feel very relaxed with the whole process and like he’s completely invested in his work, which he is!

Even though we booked quite a long way in advanced Scott and Carrie were in touch a lot and walked us through everything which was a god send as our wedding has ended up being split in 2 thanks to Covid! They have been so accommodating with the whole thing and we honestly can’t thank them enough!

Our wedding day was the wettest day I have ever experienced....and I really mean it! It pelted down all day but that didn’t put Scott off, he provided brollys and the encouragement to ditch the cosy jackets, having now had our photographs back i am so glad he did! His spirits didn’t falter all day and our photos are everything we had hoped for and more! We were concerned about the rain having an effect on our photos but the way Scott has produced photos to make it look like it was a bright day really showcases his talent and eye for photography

I wouldn’t consider anyone else for any photography we want in the future!

What can we say about Scott.. From the beginning when we met him at a wedding exhibition almost two years ago we just knew he was the right photographer for us. It was important for us to find the perfect photographer and we definately found that in Scott. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and cannot thank him and Carrie enough for their help and support around replanning our wedding, changing our venue and everything else due to Covid - they certainly made things much less stressful. He was a delight on the day and such fun to work with, everyone later commented on how great he was. And oh my goodness when those sneak peak pictures came out a couple of days after the wedding I could have just cried! They were simply perfect. I absolutely cannot wait to see the rest. I had no doubt that our pictures would be amazing but they were even better than we imagined. Camerashy are fantastic from start to finish, they deliver an outstanding service. I waited no more than 1 hour for a reply to any email, no matter what day. We had to change our wedding venue due to COVID. They were very flexible. Carrie is so efficient it is unreal. Scott was brilliant on the day. We recieved many compliments about how nice and good he was.

Finally the pictures themselves were beautiful. We are extremely pleased. I would definitely recommend Camerashy.

I’ve met Scott and Carrie at a wedding exhibition around 4/5 years ago and what a genuine lovely duo they are - couples absolutely rave about them and Scott’s photography doesn’t stop to impress me! The man does magic with his camera!

From the very first minute we spoke with Carrie we knew that our corporate event was in good hands! Not only are their images wonderful but the whole communication from start to finish was so timely and professional. They were also happy to donate an hour’s photoshoot for our fundraiser which was such a nice gesture! Will be sure to use Camera Shy again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for great images.

We used Camerashy Photography for our university ball last weekend, and I could not recommend them more! Scott and Carrie were so helpful throughout the planning process, and great fun to work with. On the night, Scott put everyone so at ease, and we are delighted with the results. Everyone looks like they are having a fantastic time, and he really captured the fun of the night.

How do you choose a Wedding Photographer? Well we spent ages on line looking at the work of all the local photographers I could find. Fortunately for me Scott's work stood out and when we met him we were confident he would do a great job for us. Scott is very amiable, confident but not arrogant and very professional. On the day of the wedding he went above and beyond to ensure the children, the older members of the family and everyone else was well looked after and not left out. He thereafter disappeared into ninja mode to capture all the natural shots. The final results were brilliant and we were very grateful we chose him with something that was so important to us. Scott and Carrie were then brilliant at arranging delivery and updating us with no delays. I was particularly impressed that Carrie responded to all emails within minutes. If you need a Wedding Photographer and you are lucky enough that Scott is available then you will not regret choosing Camerashy.

Scott was brilliant at our June wedding and at our two pre-wedding meet-ups. He provided a very friendly and efficient service, was courteous and amusing to our wedding guests, and most importantly, excellent photographs that we will enjoy for a long time. We highly recommend Camerashy.

So I first met scott and Carrie at a wedding fayre and just instantly clicked- both so friendly and down to earth! We had our wedding 5weeks ago- and everyone still comments how amazing our photographer was! Scott was so professional, yet friendly when moving guests in and out of photos etc! It rained and rained and it rained some more on our wedding day but scott had a plan A&B! he had never shot our venue before (Carlowrie castle) and had willingly came and met us before the wedding so he could familiarise himself with the venue- he didn’t have to do this but I thought showed how serious and how much pride he takes in his work.
We have just received our final photos back and are absolutely delighted with them!! They are all amazing! I’ve been at weddings where people have had 3 photographers and the photo quality is no where near as good as Scott’s!!
As for Carrie who is behind the scenes: she is the quickest responser via email ever.... which when you are a stressed out bride- is exactly what you need!! I will always recommend camera shy to anyone getting married and I believe we have found our very own family photographer for life!!
