Sadly I've been caught by them too, site should be torn down. Charged £1107 for a £28 replacement airbeam. Now logging complaint with my bank - just don't give yourself the hassle AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Complete Scam, as soon as i had made payment i knew it was dodgy. No contact details whatsoever. Any attempt at email is rejected. Disputed via my credit card provider. Stay Away at all costs!! You have been warned

I used this company as they seemed to be ok - what a mistake. They take payment and then ignore you. Do not respond to emails, web forms or answer the phone.

They do not accept PayPal, because it would kick them in to touch. Once they have your money they just pocket it and hope you put it down to experience and do not offer a refund. You will have to contact your bank to get your money back.

They are a one man band, who make a lot of money by coning people with no intention of supplying goods.

They should be closed down.

The website looks great, I received confirmation emails immediately which pointed to good service, however, 2 weeks after ordering, I started emailing and calling to find out where my son's Christmas present was.

I had bought a bike for £111 and luckily I paid by Barclaycard who immediately refunded me so I could rush out and buy another bike in time for my son's Christmas.

Barclaycard are taking the issue up with CNF Outdoors to get the refund, thank goodness for Barclaycard!

Real shame about the company though, I wish I read these reviews first.

I ordered an Axle lock and hitch lock on the 22/4/16 by phone. I was then sent an email confirming my order. I emailed back the next day and asked when I would receive it and got a reply the same day stating it would be on the 26/27. I then received an email on the 26/4/16 with the delivery company and tracker number. I received the products at 8am on the 27/4/16. Delighted with the service and the products can't fault CNF one bit.

Ordered tap that was meant to be in stock. A week later was told it was being despatched next day. Waited for arrival, it didn't. Tried phoning, but only able to leave a message requesting a call back. I didn't receive any calls. Alarm bells rang so started emailing. After about 30days(11th April) got an emailed response saying that they didn't have it in stock and would have to issue a refund. I responded requesting a refund on 11th April. No reply. Emailed again on 12th April requesting refund, no reply. Having been told it was being despatched, getting no response didn't want to waste any time trying to communicate so went to bank and requested chargeback. Yorkshire Bank were fantastic and got me my money bank quickly. I hope you don't bother to respond to my review as you couldn't be bothered to respond to my emails or calls. I have copies of all emails and call register - missed and calls made!

What are all these negative reviews about? I ordered a large expensive item on Sunday (17.04.16) evening and my goods arrived via TNT the following Wednesday (20.04.16) morning, intact and in super condition. Looking forward to buying from these people again.

They will take your payment and not despatch the goods - they are not a warehouse as they claim in their "about us" page.
If you try to phone them you will get an automated message saying their lines are busy - the only reason their lines would be busy is because they are receiving complaint calls!
I am in the process of disputing the transaction with my credit card provider (wish me luck!) and I will be reporting the site to trading standards.
Please do not make the same mistake as me :(

Ordered item on 27 Feb. Payment taken. No update. Order still processing. Emailed 4 times. No response. Telephone number diverts to voicemail purporting 24 hrs a day that lines are too busy to take call. No wonder when the company is as poor and diabolical as they are. No communication at all from them nor a refund. Terrible. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Rip off merchants. Please don't order from them.

I ordered a soft shell jacket 12 days ago. First of all they wanted to charge me £22 for postage to Inverness. I opted to send it to my parents in Ayrshire so they can post it to me by Royal Mail for £2. They didn't dispatch it for over a week but delivered it today. At least the price was good and can't complain about free delivery even if the postage rates to highlands are extortionate. The company were good at keeping in touch via email.

I just wish I noticed the reviews on this site and others before ordering anything from CNF, as all the other negative reviews suggested I was faced with horrible customer service / the lack of one!

I purchased an item from the website based on the value and was all straight forward ordering and receiving the product. When the wrong item was delivered, this is where the issue begins. I tried numerous times to get in touch with the vendor (via the form online, and via telephone), and there is just a wall of silence. The phone line goes straight to voicemail on a daily basis and emails unreturned. I even checked my junk/spam mail on a regular basis optimistically. 2 weeks on I still haven't heard a peep.

The item I received was the cheaper model of the same brand. I simply want a refund of the difference in receiving the inferior model as I ordered the more expensive model on the CNF website. It really isn't a big ask.

This vendor should be reported and please don't make the same mistake as I did. Stay clear!

Wrong item delivered and despite no end of email, phone call attempts you get nothing back. No one ever answers the phone, ever. No matter what time of day. Avoid like the plague, this outfit is a joke. I am now having to go through credit card company to get my money back..

Very good service that was delivered on time as stated when the order was placed on the phone. Cheapest product on internet found for the coolbox ordered.
Only downside was product was a little dirty and required a clean, other than that a good company and I will use again

Very good price and quick delivery. Unfortunately the unit was slightly damaged. Contacted Camp and Fish who organised a replacement without any fuss. Overall very pleased with the service. I would certainly use them again and recommend them,

I would highly recommend Camp and Fish as they provided excellent service, fast delivery and an unbelievably low price - £211 delivered versus £248 from any of their competitors and as much as £299 from many others. I am sure I will use them again.
