Customer service top priority
I bought items to rebuild a fishing rod. Needed to track delivery of the package and change one of the items. Camp and Fish's MD went out of his way to sort out my query. Always a fast response and competley satisfactory outcome. Top class service. Highly recommended. I will use again.

Great Value and Service

Never received the product
Despite receiving an order confirmation and promise of delivery I was advised some time afterwards by e mail that the product was out of stock and would not be replenished.

Value, Quality & Service
For the price I paid for the fishing/camp beds.... I thought they'd be okay at best. I was pleasantly suprised to find that they were great and will continue to be well used this camping season!

Poor service
Item didnt arrive for weeks and after pestering. Had to order from someone else in the end and tried to cancel order which was ignored. Item finally arived from camp and fish which was no longer required. Would certainly not use again.

I am a cautious person but I was perfectly happy to place a second order a few weeks later with the same good service.
Would definitely recommend Camp and Fish as a trustworthy, dependable and conscientious business.
I rate them as 9 out of ten.
