It was very easy to book
It was very easy to book, however if you make a mistake I could not find anywhere to cancel.
I made a reservation via booking
I made a reservation via booking. In the same minute I did it, my card was charged. I paid 25% of the reservation and I was not informed about it in advance. So I cancelled reservation and the company was obligated to pay full amount back.
But they charged me almost 90 DKK for nothing. This payment was illegal. I’m going to write to booking and other organisation to complain about it.

Bed linen not available to order
During the purchase of our stay booking no. 69296, we were not alert that we have to bring own bed linen. We could not order bed linen before the purchase either - on the Campaya web pages related to our booking is nowhere mentioned this possibility. We would like to order bed linen very much, because bed linen woud not fit to our luggage, becoue we fly to Denmark. We are vere unhappy with this situation.
Now we are not certain if we need to bring also the towels.
We would also welcome to get earlier information about adress accommodation and keys.
Scam company. Stay away
Scam company. Emailed me 3 times saying my booking was cancelled. Then a few days later tells to to pay for the booking.. something is fishy.

I asked a question about parking a week or more before booking and I never got a reply!

The response time is slow, sometimes days. That’s not helpful if you are at the place and need assistance.
Not possible to declare pets although general conditions state you need to declare them ... !

Pay attention to power consumption!
Power consumption must also be paid for. Of course, this is only normal. However, what is not normal, for a as described Energy-Efficient house, is the basic power consumption of this house. The heating wasn't even on and we already came to an average of almost 45kWh per day (x €0.67/kWh)! Just calculate what the extra costs will be after a week....
Otherwise, a beautiful house! Only the electricity bill is a bummer.

In general fine, one star less for unclear 100% payment in advance - information before check out. Accomodation cannot be rated yet.
