The removal chaps were brilliant, really hard working, good natured and friendly. Just a bit of miss communication
from head office about the start time and I was resent an invoice that I had already paid. However, that was all sorted out very quickly.

I moved to South Africa and had a lot of concerns, not just about the packaging and shipment, but also the use of an overseas agent to complete the delivery.

I needn't have worried. The crew were professional, taking care to ensure that every box was properly sealed and the container was packed tightly enough to withstand weeks at sea. I was given a range of options with regards to ensuring my contents and given a single price which didn't change.

The agent in South Africa helped with clearing customs, gave clear instructions and delivered everything as pre-arranged.

We're still unpacking but so far haven't found a single damaged item, so well done.

A great experience overall.

This was the worst experience of moving ever we started with 4 men who were great but later in the day we had 9 just so they could get home on a Friday.
Boxes were shoved anywhere even so I couldn’t get a bed in my bedroom,the garden is piled high expensive bikes thrown in the flowerbeds.
We went with camps for piece of mind wish we had moved ourselves now
A expensive bad experience

Very polite, friendly and efficient removal service. Reasonable cost and no issue with furniture/belongings which were in storage. Helped us out massively by also squeezing our move into our new house just before their xmas break due to our original completion date being delayed. This was last minute so was very much appreciated.

Excellent service and would recommend without hesitation. Good value (despite what you may think) especially as all packing materials included. Crews were helpful and polite. Full inventory of contents of all storage crates.

Never have they let us down in 25 years of delivering our kitchens

Should have followed up at the time, but too stressed with two moves in six months to claim on insurance.
First move with Camps was fine, but second move disappointing as most treasured piece of furniture was damaged by movers.
Only discovered two days later, but very disappointed that damage had not been ‘owned up to’ by removal men.
Small chest of drawers left to me by my Gran had both drawers ripped out and locks damaged. I had locked both drawers as you are encouraged to leave contents in drawers and not empty.
One damaged drawer, possibly understandable and forgivable, but not two.
Of course they are no longer Camp Hopsons!

Careful, on time and attentive

From beginning to end of my move I have had nothing but friendly advice. Office staff and eventually removal men have been helpful, courteous and kind.
It was lovely to have two of the same men delivering to Worcester who packed for me in Thatcham two months before.
Thank you Camp Hopson Removals. Everything arrived intact.

Due to delays in getting keys released - and it being a Friday, Camps ensured that extra removal guys came to the new house to get everything done as quickly as possible - but I never felt rushed.
