Poor customer service
I received my order, it has extra damages on the item, what were shown to me in store. When I contacted sales team, my request for compensation or replacement was ignored and no response was received from after sales team. That shows CAS is only concerned about sale of appliances. Poor customer support after sale.

Stubborn Delivery guy
Delivery guy left without installing the washer saying it was hard to approach the tap first so I made the way to the tap, then he said he still couldn’t install the washer saying my tap is leaking. Even though my building manager and I said it’s minor inner pipe leaking which is safe to use the washer because the tap should be opened all the time to use the water and will be fixed immediately and we would take full responsibility for that, he didn’t listen, just care about his quick leaving. He is unsuitable for the customer service, unkind and stubborn.
