I appreciated that the model of dishwasher I was considering was in stock for me to actually see and that the brand I was looking for was carried (Bosch).
I also appreciated the calm, patient and helpful assistance of Alister, without any whiff of pressure (I was a walk-in inquiry.
I additionally appreciated that Alister pursued and was able price match the unit with the two other sources that I had acquired in the preceding few days... I popped into this store as I live in Guelph and always try to shop in my town.

Was told by sales rep that the old…
Was told by sales rep that the old appliances would be disconnected and new appliances connnected by delivery workers. This was untrue. Had to disconnect and connect washing machine.
Paid to have packaging taken away. There was packaging left behind because delivery personnel didn’t connect washer.
Called sales rep to outline experience. It has now been 6 days and haven’t heard from sales rep after leaving voice message.
