Very easy to organize the purchase
Very easy to organize the purchase and delivery of the washer. The timeline was very tight but perfectly met. Delivery was smooth, although I could have had a bit more assistance in setting the machine up. Luckily LG’s help line was easy to access and solved my issue instantly. Would recommend without hesitation.

Delivery was on time

Poor delivery service
Naveen was great!
The delivery was terrible. I was advised the delivery would be between 4-7pm. The courier showed up 7:40. I was also informed the courier would remove the pins to the frount door to get the fridge inside. The courier said they wouldn't do that and they just without delivering the fridge.
