Great service and product.

Salesman, although quite new to the job, was very polite and attentive, and gave us great service. The fast delivery of the appliance was great.

He was patient and answered all my questions. I felt I was in store with him. A week after the purchase I realized the sizing was wrong on the downdraft fan I purchased. He immediately fixed the problem hassle free pick up at the Laval location was friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend to my friends

I am really impressed by the way the team handled my requirement, right from identifying the product for me and till delivering and installing the product in my house. The most important thing is the proper inventory maintenance which helped to deliver the product ON TIME.When they said they deliver on a date, they did. I didn’t see this is many other companies. Other companies were just postponing the delivery dates with excuses like unavailability of stock. I didn’t experience this with CAS. Delivery team completed their wrok precisely and cleanly.. A big applause to the entire team!!!!

They were good at the time of the sale, but the delivery time changed a full week later. I had people lined up to install appliances. I have tried to contact the Saskatoon store several times. One time calling the Saskatoon number I went to an office in Toronto the second time it was a Calgary office. I emailed both the salesman and manager at the Saskatoon Store the same day the delivery was supposed to happen and have never heard back from either one of them. I also tried to contact someone on the "Live Chat" and they could not help they said they would transfer me, then the Chat line just said closed!!
My parents just purchased from CAS the week prior and had the exact same run around - week later for delivery!!
I guess if bottom line prices is what you are looking for then this place might be an option - if customer service after the sale is what you want, not sure it is with this big company!! I just hope we do not have issues with our appliances as I could see this being a major problem in the future.

Ordered dishwasher in person. Confirmed with salesperson that item was in stock. Unhooked old dishwasher and removed from under counter. Recieved call that our dishwasher was not available and would be delivered in February. Cancelled.order. Will never buy anything at CAS again! And will tell my friends to do the same.

My experience with CAS was terrible! Appliance was promised by a certain date for pickup and it was not there. Blamed Carrier delay but given the time line I knew it couldn’t be delivered as promised but believed the salesman anyway. Then to get a refund I now have to wait up to ten business days to get my funds! They take the money right away but they make you wait to get it back! This will be my first and LAST experience with CAS!

As usual a company will respond online to defend their bad service but when I emailed you I heard nothing. The weather was NOT an excuse, the roads were fine in the region as we travelled almost three hours to get to Saskatoon that very morning. There was also several days when I ordered the range to get it from Calgary to Saskatoon, it’s not that far. As for the refund, customers should not have to wait for their money, you don’t wait for it when we purchase items!

Friendly service and received the product within the week

Searched online and ordered through chat and phone. Great customer service especially with delivery. Given a delivery window the night before and accurate tracking info re its arrival the day of delivery. I have already referred a friend who also made a purchase.

Whole experience has been great so far. My sales rep Syed-Jazib Ali was knowledgeable and his manager Rachel McMaster was also awesome. Really appreciate my delivery team, Van 6 and Hasib. They were very efficient.

Most importantly, the range seems to be working fine. Let's hope it continues that way.

Good Price on a great appliance. On time and kept in the loop for delivery. Delivery guys were efficient.

Great machine..easy to put together...came with oil starts easy with with push button and pull. Deep snow is not a problem. Was a great purchase. Employees were great at time of pick up. Helped load snowblower into truck.
