One month later, another poor review. In mid May, I received a GE Cafe fridge. Worked for about a day, maybe less. (See previous review). 3 weeks later, and after literally dozens of emails and calls, I finally get a replacement. I was adamant that this second delivery include unpacking, water hookup, and handle installation, as this was included in my initial purchase. All this was done but for the water hookup. CAS no longer communicates with me, GE arranged for the replacement, but the movers know nothing about appliances. When contacted, CAS assured me they would be in touch w GE. Of course, nada. ONE FULL MONTH in, and still no water hookup, nor reply. . . From anyone. Once again, SHOP ELSEWHERE . . And BUY SOMETHING ELSE !!

Purchased a washer and gas dryer- delivery on time and paid to have a gas technician come to the house to install the gas dryer one day after delivery.
We had the appliances delivered and still waiting for a date when they can hook up the dryer. We are at day 6 waiting to have it installed.
The dryer must be installed first so unable to use washer. Should of had my own gas technician do this.

I was pleased with the “on-line” order process. The site provided good comparisons and was easy to understand and follow. I also received assistance from an employee at the 51st St store in Saskatoon. They were very helpful in arranging and confirming the delivery to a rental condo. What also sold me was the competitive prices, but the big takeaway was N/C for delivery, removal & install.
Delivery and install went well.
There was some damage on the appliance that was addressed immediately with a credit. The customer service was top-notch.
