Exact pre-measurement important
Sales rep Nader very quick and responsive. Transaction was hindered by Visa problems at my end, not Nader's fault and eventually resolved. However we had significant difficulty fitting in the new GE Cafe range upon delivery. Our former range (Samsung) had slightly different dimensions, free standing versus slide-in, which required subsequent minor alterations.

Great customer service
Nader took the time to explain the various options available to me and to patiently work through all the packages with me. He then at the end got me some further discounts to make my purchase that much worth while. Did not know much about Canadian Appliance Source before but am thankful I stumbled on to them on the internet as I was researching the night before!!!

My fridge “died”
My fridge “died”. I shopped the big box retailers, both on-line and in person. None were able to provide me with a fridge on short notice. Someone suggested I contact Canadian Appliance Source. I went to their downtown location and saw Mr. Nader Haghdan. Nader was very helpful and found a fridge that met all my criteria to a tee and he arranged it for it to be delivered within a week. I was thrilled/relieved.

Great customer service
Great customer service! I have to buy 5 appliances at once for my new place. Nadir has also helped me which appliance is best for the space I have and which one has the best value for my money. I am happy with my purchases and Nadir has gone above and beyond in supporting me with my purchases and arranging the deliveries. The deliveries were also on time.
