The Sales person was not very informative about products we were looking at, his appearance was not pleasant, he definitely was not informative about the company doing the installation or any idea or time frame our dishwasher would be delivered and installed, other then they would contact us a couple of days. We finally got in touch with the installation company today, and we have to wait until the 9th of may for installation. Not very happy about that either, so overall not a very good experience, very disappointing since we bout the dishwasher on Friday the 28th of April😞😞😞😞

I am not impressed with the time it takes to get a response for my return request.
I had my washer and dryer delivered on Sat. Apr. 29, and we noticed the front left leg was cross threaded and bent and would not sit flush on the pedestal, so I called the store to inquire about getting a new leg so we could put the washer and pedestal together and get on with washing our clothes. I was told to put in a return request. Now I have to wait 24-48 hours for a response. I sent in pictures at the time. Today, I receive a request for more pictures, it is a nylon threaded leg!!!!! not easy to see the issue in the pictures, but trust me, I would rather it be perfect and I would have my set together and doing laundry! Now I have sent more pictures and have to wait another 24-48 hours for a response. Ridiculous when there is another washer in the warehouse and can be sent out right away to us. Not good customer service. I gave this company a chance by purchasing from your store. I will not be purchasing again and will pass on the word for others to shop elsewhere.......

CAS beat all other online, big box and mom and pop shop pricing. I dealt with Persis who was very friendly and professional. The ordering process was very easy (done over the phone, I didn't need go to the store until I picked up the item). The dishwasher was in a day prior to their expected delivery. Pick up was a quick stop at the store, I was in and out within 10 minutes. I have already recommended them to others. I will be back next time I’m in the market for a new appliance.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST DELIVERY SERVICE! SHOP ELSEWHERE!
I would like to say that our sales guy was a gem, and paying was a breeze, but now I can't seem to get my product delivered! Delivery was schedule for Saturday between 1:30 pm and 5:30 pm, initially the live tracker said it would be there by 5pm. However we come to find out that it quickly changes to later and later and later, delivery was now at 6:30pm. We had a business meeting schedule and needed to leave by 5:30 at the latest, we called in to the service 3 separate times and got the same response, "we can't do anything and rescheduling will cost you another delivery fee", so we waited till 5:30 and left. At 6:30pm the driver called and I explained the situation, I honestly felt bad for him. This morning I spoke to the customer service line and he wanted to know every person I spoke to, and NOW they want to charge me again? He was supposed to transfer me to another department, and instead hung up. Needless to say I am not happy, and will never deal with Canadian Appliance Source again

Came across CAS through a quick Google search and connected with Adam C. over the website's live chat feature. It was so nice to be able to chat with a human and not a bot, plus super efficient. Adam was able to help me compare key features of two major appliance models that I was deciding between, and helped me determine that the one of lesser value would suit my needs just fine - I did not feel pressured or 'upsold'. He was able to get me a great deal as I ultimately decided to bundle two appliances, plus extended premium warranty. I was even able to pick up from the distributor the same evening! Majorly pleased with this company and the outstanding, friendly, and honest service I received.

'Persis' was a wonderful help to us in placing our order. She listened to everything we were looking for and she gave us exactly that. We got the appliances we wanted with the features and prices we wanted. She's honest, very knowledgeable and kind. As far as Canadian Appliance is concerned, they have a great selection and current on-going sales daily. The overall sales transaction isn't completed yet as we still have to take delivery, but so far everything is great. We have no complaints and we'll definitely come back for a washer and dryer at a later date.
