We were very impressed with the experience. The new store is bright and clean, and our salesperson, Persis, handled everything with ease, and even when e called to upgrade models, it all went smoothly. The appliances were delivered today, and we were impressed with the care taken. Bravo!

Freezer

Pick up dates are not correct.
They are helpful in determining which appliances are avaialble and can provide pricing and expected delivery / pick up dates, but when they give you a date for pick up and then go to pick it up, it is not there. I had to wait two extra days before my appliances were ready for pick up.

Please note that we have warehouses where most of the stock is stored and we have pickup locations where appliances to be picked up are shipped to make it available for the customer.
As per our records, the appliances are now at the Edmonton pickup location and can be picked up.

Great customer experience Windsor store
From stepping into the store, to picking up my appliance was an absolute pleasure. I was warmly greeted. The show room is stocked with appliances. If it's not displayed on the show room floor the CAS website probably has it. The sales rep was very helpful in finding exactly what I was looking for. He ordered it, gave me pickup date and I picked it up on that date. I am very impressed with all the staff in the CAS store in Windsor, they treated me the customer like family.
