Price was the best by about $25
Price was the best by about $25. They were the only store with one in stock. However I did not like that I had to drive all the way to their distribution centre rather than being able to get my item directly at the store. I also do not like the emphasis put on making sure I report issues with the item within 48 hours especially given the appliance has to be mounted and require minor electrical work. I am not able to fully test the item in 48 hours so I TRUST (?) they will replace the item if I discover issues after installation (regardless of whether they will or not they have made me uneasy with their emphasis on the 48 hours).

Great service — friendly and knowledgeable!
I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. The sales rep helped me right away, and was friendly and knowledgeable. I ended up buying a new stove/oven practically right on the spot. The price was reasonable and the appliance was high quality.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, DISORGANIZED
awesome in store experience with Devon at windsor store. Horrible delivery (still havent received) and phone customer care experience. Extremely frustrating. Have literally received 5 delivery dates and they never show up after waiting all day. When you call customer care you get "we don't know we will look into it and call you back within 2 hours". They never call back (not once) which is poor customer service and when you call to hear the latest they never have any additional info.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Persis was very helpful and kind. I knew what I wanted when I went in and she gave me options of items that were in stock. Also, it was a relief to find out the items are in stock before I purchase. I think this store is more suited to builders/contractors who buy in lots, and can take the products with them when their orders come in.

It was the best…..Adam Chisamore was…
It was the best…..Adam Chisamore was the BEST! He made sure my microwave was transported to the Scarborough appliance store as promised..no hiccups there.
The Scarborough outlet was very good and helpful. I thought I left some paper notes at the store…I found out later I put the notes in another file.
Thanks for your help and I need to add that I am still learning about how to use the microwave more effectively…that will take time!
