Disappointed in Windsor
Moved here from Toronto needed new appliances so went to CAS store in the area. There were 4 appliances we bought from CAS and there was an item incorrectly ordered by the AE and or sales person at the store and now CAS IS REFUSING TO REIMBURSE US EVEN-THOUGH IT WAS NOT MY FAULT

We were greeted as we entered the building by an extremely knowledgeable saleswoman named Persis. Persis was not pushy at all. She gave us the time to look at the appliances that we were comparing from another popular store. After she filled us in on all the information about that particular appliance, she did it … she asked us all the right questions .. example… why we were looking at those appliances. She directed us to another set of freezer/fridge bundle (which we loved better than our first choice) and proceeded to tell us all about the company and product. Her friendly manner and knowledge of the product sold us immediately. Persis was true to her word. Our fridge/freezer bundle package was delivered within 2 days. Perfect Service.
