My candle was never delivered. I reached out to them and requested my candle or my money back. Their response was to unsubscibe me and tell me I could no longer send texts. Terrible service

Hot maple toddy candles I have bought them for years you used to just take top off and u can smell them now even when lit they hardly smell

I bought 3 spray canisters and one sprayed great the other two stopped spraying. I contacted the company for an exchange and I was outside the time limit. Will not buy from this store again!

I left a review on their website. It mysteriously disappeared. I ordered my first and last Candleberry. Hot MapleToddy. It was wonderful the first 2 days. After that absolutely no scent. After 2 emails their reply was that some scents are stronger ( this was touted as their most fragrant and popular), and I could send it back. No offer to help with return or offer of replacement.

Wholly disappointed. Not the same company they used to be in terms of product quality or customer service. These candles are over-priced. Very little scent.

I ordered the "Candle of the Month" Black Cherry Bourbon for $89 . This was my first purchase & was excited to receive it! However this candle had barely any scent at all.

I made a $70 purchase, consisting of the scent "Warm Caramel Brulee" wax melts, small jar candle, and two room sprays.
The wax melts and small jar candle smell as amazing as I expected! However, the two room sprays smell of a STRONG CINNAMON SCENT!!
I phoned "Candleberry" to let them know I was so pleased with the wax melts and small candle jar, but the room spray smelled of STRONG CINNAMON.
I had told the CSR that I would gladly return the two room sprays for even exchange of another product, in that scent, for the price I paid; if they'd send me a Prepaid Postage Label.
I was told...."We can issue you a refund for the cost of the two room sprays, but, in this situation, you would have to pay shipping cost to return the items to us".
WHAT!?!? VERY VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
WILL ""NEVER"" ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!
Loved the scent I ordered; but also love a couple different scents from Walmart..at a fraction of the price!! lol

I recently ordered 3 candles from Candleberry for the first time ever. I have to say, I’m so disappointed! The first one I’ve lit so far, is Friendship Tea. It smelled great on cold, so I was excited to burn it. It’s a dud. Not only was there barely any hint of the notes, but it had a ‘chemical’ smell to it. Also, no matter how many times I trimmed the wick, it kept mushrooming! I finally gave up and threw the candle out with the jar half full. Such a horrible first impression. Hopefully the other two I purchased are sooo much better. If not, this will be my first and last purchase. 😖

Finally!! A very highly scented candle that smells amazing!! All you candle lovers out there, try them! I was so pleased. Excited to order more!!

I love their candles. They burn slow and are all great smelling scents. I would definitely recommend Day Dreamer. It smells amazing!!!

We've been using Candleberry candles for ages, we buy from candles direct usually. Our favourites have included Honey Buttered Rolls, Maple Bacon Donuts, Frosted Blueberry Donuts, Vanilla Cream Avalanche and Lemon Lavender Angel Food Cake. All were amazing and the throw on them was insane, you could smell them in the ENTIRE house, the scent hit you instantly as soon as you walked through the front door!

However...

Since Christmas we've noticed the candles have significantly reduced in size whilst remaining the same price or dearer.
And more importantly, no scent AT ALL whatsoever on our last 3 purchases, which were Fresh Lavender, Bourbon Mason Jar Cake and Guava Party Punch. No smell AT ALL from ANY OF THEM!! It honestly makes us think Candleberry have tampered with both the sizing and the formulas, probably cost scrimping, and it's a real shame because they were unbeatable before! We're disappointed.

They make the best candles hands down! The scents are so powerful that my dog smells like Hot Maple Toddy. There’s no other candle on the market that gives you more bang for your buck. I’ve been an avid customer for 10 years now and will remain one.

Probably the worst company to ever deal with, not only do they not care about the customer, they are a very discriminating company, they refused to deal with us because we are not white. The owner will not even call to rectify the situation.

I wish they shipped to the UK so I could get the new fragrances however there is an existing UK reseller for 90% of the range and for all UK enthusiasts (Or US candle lovers who can buy direct, I can't speak on CS or delivery but the products are fab) I'd recommend they give them a try. Every fragrance I've bought has been far superior to other brands and burns clean. Try Hot Maple Toddy and Black Sands Beaches, you wont regret it.

There is no better candle than Candleberry!! I love the scents…especially KY Bourbon and Hot Maple Toddy! I gave these candles as gifts to my grandchildren in Ohio, and they loved them. They burn so much longer and cleaner than other candles I’ve tried in the past. I feel good about giving them and receiving them as gifts! I’ve enjoyed them since I bought my first one at The Gift Box many years ago!

I love the smell of the candles but I’m appalled by their customer service. I ordered wholesale for my business spent over $1200 to get “the deal with the free cabinet” well the cabinet won’t be here for 4-6 weeks. I checked my credit card and seen they charged me $157 shipping fee for a town less than 20 minutes from me if I would had know I would have picked up. I called them and asked why the website said anything over $80 was free shipping she said not with wholesome “I assumed you know” well no it was no where on the form the rep I spoke to several times never mentioned it and she said well everything has shipping charging even Walmart uh no Walmart has free shipping so then she went on to say I’ve never had a customer complain about shipping charges!!!

We are not talking about $5.99 lady we are talking about ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY SEVEN DOLLARS $157

At this point I had already hung up because she was just trying to act like I was stupid

I've shopped with multiple candle companies and Candleberry is definitely the best one around. Great prices, wonderful selection and super fast shipping. Best of all is the scent of every candle I've purchased is strong and wonderful.

Read the new reviews. They are desperate, going out of business, and doing anything they can to scam someone for a buck to survive so you should stop doing business with them it won’t end well for you and they won’t be doing well too either

bought for first time and the smell is amazing far better than other brands out there will definately be a regular customer now simply amazing !!!!

The best smelling candles in the world. Hands down. The honey buttered rolls candle is my favourite candle in the world!!
