I have been a customer for decades

I have been a customer for decades. No other candle brand can compare to their scents and length of burning time. Puts any other candle company to shame. A customer forever! Well worth the price.

They burn slow which I like but there's…

They burn slow which I like but there's no scent ...only when you take lid off...was very disappointed....no it's your company I just got theses last week I got the pumpkin waffles and there's no smell even friends said no smell I let it burn like 3 hours and still nothing......I sure will I ordered it directly from your company.

That's interesting. We have some of the strongest candles on the market. You must be mistaking another candle company candle for ours. If not, please do give us a call so we can rectify the issue. Weak candles are just something we don't do.

In response to your revision... Wow that is absolutely unbelievable. Pumpkin Praline Waffles is one of our two most powerful fragrances. There is absolutely no way it is anything but overwhelmingly powerful. Something is not right. Would you mind to drop me an email to let me know where you purchased the candle, and if it's not too much trouble can you send me a picture of the barcode and the bottom of the candle? Send ti Lisa@candleberry.com. I will arrange to have that candle picked up from you for evaluation / testing and get you a new one.

Loving These Candles

I love the scent of all of these candles and the way they fill my entire house & not just one room. They burn very evenly and burns to the bottom!!! Love them!!!
