My candle purchase was a birthday gift for someone. The actual ordering & receiving item was excellent! But I had simply emailed Candleberry's Contact Us/customer service twice, kindly inquiring if there were any discounts available for first time customers. I never received a response. At all. A simple reply of yes or no would have been an appreciated follow up. I doubt I'll be a second time customer. Thank you.

I wish there was a spot to write a note or card to the person I was sending the candle to. I like the speedy service!

I cannot get over the quality and artistry of Candleberry candles. I will never buy another brand again - the burn time, the top and subtle notes in each scent, and the quality of oils used are wonderful. I will be gifting everyone I know these candles this year!

I did not receive what I ordered. I ordered a room spray along with tarts and never received the room spray. Very disappointed

Love Candleberry candles! Kentucky Bourbon is my favorite. When guests walk in they always ask what I’m baking that smells so good. The scent lasts until the candle is completely burned out.

Came within days of ordering!! It was wrapped so well so the candles don’t break! I will definitely order again :)
