It was a little pricey but I really wanted to try the blueberry cobbler spray and car freshener as well as the blackberry. I wish you would just make a plain blueberry. The cobbler scent was just ok. The blackberry was perfect!

I have been a loyal Candleberry customer for around 18 years. I have always had a very good experience with their products, as well as their superb customer service. This most recent purchase experience was a bit different, however. For the first time, I had to contact them a few days later to even find out if they had received my order. I never received any type of confirmation, no shipping notification, not even a response to my email, nothing. I was very disappointed, because this has NEVER happened with their customer service before. EVER. So, although this experience was somewhat different, and a little disappointing, I also realize that this is the only time there seemed to be some type of miscommunication. In the end, the issue seemed to be resolved. That being said, I STILL say Candleberry is the best. Product and customer service. I just figure one “not perfect” experience over the past 18 years is probably due to an “off” day. We all have those once in a while. Candleberry will always be my favorite.

I love the smell of the candles and how you can smell them throughout. Love the room sprays also! My only issue is with returns. I ordered 2 candles and was sent the wrong ones. Now I have to pay to ship back so I can get the correct candles I ordered in the first place.

Laura, I think you must have purchased your candle from someone other than candleberry.com. In this situation we would have issued a UPS call tag to pick up the candles at no charge to you. Regardless, we are willing to work with you even if your candles were purchased from someone other than Candleberry, as long as you have a confirmable receipt from one of our authorized distributors, showing your itemized purchased products. Thank you for the good portion of your review. It would be great if you would remove the second sentence of the review and bump your stars to five if you do love Candleberry.

Love these candles. Only candles I burn. There's no waste, they burn all the way down. Use the empty jars make pretty canisters.

My order arrived as promised and well packaged. The fragrance was wonderful when I opened the package. I put the candle in a votive holder and lit it.
