My candle was never delivered. I reached out to them and requested my candle or my money back. Their response was to unsubscibe me and tell me I could no longer send texts. Terrible service

We do our best during the hot summer months, to make sure your candle comes to you in great condition. Pat, we are sorry to hear that you feel negatively about your order. You placed your order on Sunday and opted for regular ground shipping, which does not offer a guaranteed delivery date. You were given a notice, when you placed your order, that delays are likely, due to high summer temperatures. Your order was promptly packaged on Monday and due to the summer heat, held until Wednesday. Your address is a five-day-ship by UPS. It looks as though the order will arrive to you today if UPS remains on schedule, for the shipping service you selected. Any time you need an order in urgency, on a specific date, you can accomplish that by upgrading your shipping to a guaranteed service.

I love the Hot Maple Toddy. I’ve ordered this in the wax melts, candle and room spray and I’ve not been disappointed with anything I’ve ever ordered from The Candleberry Co.
Customer Service is awesome. Once I was short 1 item that I had ordered, with in an hour after I contacted them , they responded and actually had it delivered the next morning.
