Ordered 13 fragrance oils from candle emporium on 23rd April and they arrived on 27th. Wrapped well, very safe.
All the oils smelled as described so I will order again without doubt. I also price checked the items on various sites and these were best value for money and free p&p .thanks so much

I received my purchased today and boy oh boy did my eyes lit up with the beauty of these Wax melt warmers. They are worth every penny and the quality of these burners are of high standard! I'm a very happy customer indeed. It's just a pity they don't have a account for customers. But overall everything was perfect right down to the speed and delivery of the items

After several candle companies online failed to deliver, I found Candle Emporium. They have processed a couple orders for me very quickly, and offering the product at better prices than I found elsewhere. I burn these candles for my late father, so it's important to me to have a trust worthy supplier who can continue to deliver quickly and without issues. Great packaging - quick delivery. Will continue to use for the foreseeable future.

Great service - I ordered on Monday and my items came on Wednesday. Low prices too (I managed to get some Yankee candles for gifts really cheap!) I'm extremely pleased I took a chance and used this website, I was initially a bit weary as I hadn't used/heard of them before but I'm glad I made my order.

Ordered from this company who sent a tracking number that does not work. Delivery quoted as 1-3 days, still not arrived after two weeks. Customer service rep blaming Royal Mail. Orders paced from various other places arrived in expected time.

Having placed my order yesterday, I then read the reviews on here and started to panic. My order arrived by 1st class post this morning. Well packed. Everything was included. Will use them again.

avoid this scam company. not received its been 2 weeks they just keep saying its on its way the tracking does not work and still no refund

Amazing customer service and reasonably priced products.

Ordered a bulk of Yankee candle products and on opening, one product was missing from my order.

I emailed them and told them my issue and they sorted it straight away, no hassle and no fuss.

Will be ordering from them in the future.

Ordered Yankee Candle air fresheners from this company took money immediately and then received email to say goods were out of stock and would take 10 to 14 days delay then just been told is going to be another 4/6 weeks have requested refund hope their as quick to return refund as they were to to take .

Purchased 2 wax warmers, good price & delivery was super quick. Had a problem with part of my order, emailed them & a free replacement arrived 48 hours later. Excellent communication & customer service.
The warmers are good quality & look beautiful & love that they double as a small table lamp as the bulbs are quite bright on highest level.
Overall I'm very impressed with product, service & price.

Absolutely great service & product. Saw a lovely crackle glass shade & stand for large/medium Yankee candle. I ordered both this & candle late Thursday night, knew from website info it would be posted on Friday. I was tempted to use next day - weekend delivery but it cost £12 so just had 1st class free postage. Items arrived on Saturday. Very well wrapped & shade is even better than it looked on website. Very happy customer.

I ordered some Yankee candles from here yesterday and they arrived this morning! Super quick delivery, all packaged well, no damage to candles or packaging. Order all correct. I purchased a wax melt warmer from candle emporium via Amazon, upon delivery of the warmer I found it was faulty. I made contact with candle emporium and shortly received a response from Morgan who apologised for the inconvenience and asked me to send a photo of the fault.

I sent the photo as advised and Morgan made further contact with myself to say that a replacement warmer was on its way.

Replacement warmer received today, many thanks Morgan and CandleEmporium fantastic customer service.
