Excellent. I ordered two warmers and was delighted with them. Sadly one cracked after a couple of months. I reached out to let them know and they offered to replace straight away. 5* customer service.

Have repeat orders all the time and excellent service. They even found a scent for me when I phoned and described it to them. He asked everyone in the room and I got the right fragrance!
So sorry others haven’t had such a great experience. Can’t fault them.

Fab service.i had an issue with one of the burners and it was resolved promptly. I also purchased a few tea light wax burners too which are fab and were a good price.i will definately buy again from this company :)

I brought some garden citronella candles with very thick wicks which I thought would be great in the garden as they would not get blown out by the wind, we lit 2 together but neither of them would stay alight. I emailed candle emporium who advised me to light them inside to let them take hold and then take them outside, so yes we did that but within a minute it was blown out again.
They asked me to send them back at my cost of nearly £8 and they would refund me once the items were tested. So I did this, oh guess what they said the candles are not faulty. So then I sent them a video that we took in the garden of these candle and you can see it alight then poof it’s blown out. But they still refuse to give me my returns postage back.
Bad customer service, I will not use this company again, and I will not recommend either.

Quality candles, reasonably priced, with excellent customer service. Very pleased to have found the Candle Emporium online.

Was a bit sceptical after reading mixed reviews but I ordered 3 burners on Friday afternoon and they all arrived by Saturday afternoon - well packaged with no issues whatsoever. Great service and will definitely use again.

Great products and good prices. The aroma diffuser with the essential oil is fabulous just needs a few drops and the smell lasts for ages. Had to speak with customer services about a small issue that was my fault - Martin couldn't be more helpful and sorted out the issue immediately. My order was placed at 15.55pm and was despatched same day! Give this gompany a go you will not be disappointed 😊

Third order with this company and can honestly say I've never had a problem, nice selection of wax and oils at competitive prices.

I just had a poor experience with this company. I placed a large order with them and it arrived promptly, prices were also good so no complaints there. But there was a problem with 5 of the candles in that the wicks had become stuck down onto the wax and were completely coated in thick wax. This affected the way they burned; the two I tried kept going out. I wrote to candle emporium who said this was normal - which it isn't! The image on their website shows the wick upright from the candle and certainly not covered in wax! They did then agree to refund one of the candles and said they would refund the remaining ones but only if I paid for return postage. As this cost around the same as the candles it was pointless returning them as the cost of the postage would have cancelled out the refund. So beware of this company because if there are problems you are unlikely to get a reasonable response, even when you send photos proving the problem. I would certainly never order from them again.

Half of the wax melts turned up out of their seals, which will obviously affect the strength of the fragrance. I was told this wouldn't be the case. I tried one of the unopened wax melts and that had zero scent, which isn't usual for this brand.

So, now I have to pay to return useless wax melts AND for the cost of a defective wax melt. Thanks for ruining my birthday present, Candle Emporium! No, this isn't an issue with: my sense of smell, the wax melter I have or it 'being a lighter scent'. It's scentless wax.

Beware of the positive reviews: they all have the same stylometry and similar endings.

Ordered 50 votives for our Church Christmas hampers. Some items were on back order and then they let me know they had been discontinued. They helped me find alternatives and (due to the disruption) didn't charge me for the extra costs.
Items arrived on time and well packaged.

Ordered a couple of very fairly priced grave candles, both arrived on time and in perfect condition. The shop has a wide choice of products, will definitely use them again for anything candle-related.

After a week never got item the tracking doesn’t work and I get the same canned response. Clearly others have had the same experience and some of these positive reviews are fake please avoid and just go else where. will get PayPal to refund.

Ordered oils for diffuser. Large choice of fragrances, best price I could find. Arrived next working day, well packaged. Would highly recommend.

Ordered 13 fragrance oils from candle emporium on 23rd April and they arrived on 27th. Wrapped well, very safe.
All the oils smelled as described so I will order again without doubt. I also price checked the items on various sites and these were best value for money and free p&p .thanks so much

I received my purchased today and boy oh boy did my eyes lit up with the beauty of these Wax melt warmers. They are worth every penny and the quality of these burners are of high standard! I'm a very happy customer indeed. It's just a pity they don't have a account for customers. But overall everything was perfect right down to the speed and delivery of the items
