Ordered 40 Yankee candle melts on 14th October and arrived 2pm on the 15th (first class delivery). Securely packaged with no damage to any of the items. Very happy with the service received.

Think twice before buying
I have to disappointingly write a review to say that sadly my grey swirl electric wax melt warmer is faulty. The bulb keeps blowing after less than two hours use at a time. This is not what one would expect for the price paid. On reading further reviews this seems to be a common problem and I would therefore have to encourage people to look somewhere else rather than buying this specific product.

Bad customer service
I received a new burner from them. Had it on for around 10 hours in total and I had to change the bulb. Emailed them and no reply, I also sent a message on Facebook that they have seen but ignored. I have used to the burner again twice since and it keeps turning off and flickering. emailed and messaged again, let’s see if I get a reply this time.
