Absolutely shocking company! Customer service is a disgrace! Yankee candle received with No wick in it. They will not refund me or respond to emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

First time fantastic service and really quick delivery

I've been ordering my candles from Candles Direct for around 6 years. I can honestly say that I don't nad won't buy my candles from anywhere else. I love the point reward system, the efficiency and the wide selection of candles. I am now converted from Yankee to Goose Creek, Candles Direct have the best selection of this brand, as well as offering great prices. I have just lit the Goose Creek Salted Caramel Cupcake, and it divine.
Highly recommend this company if you are a candle fiend like me!!

The yankee candle difusers i ordered from candlesdirect were a disapointment, as the scent was nowere near as strong as i had hoped for. However i found this company very cooperative wen i emailed them, they responded back to me very quickly & were equally as quick with my refund wen they recieved my returned items. Very much appreciated

Ordered some reed diffuser. They haven't turned up yet after nine days. Emailed the company to be told wait a bit longer. Customer service no telephone number. One unhappy customer.

I have placed several orders and have been pleased with all of them. The delivery is super speedy. Great choice of candles from top brands. I was a bit disappointed with one of the wood wick candles as the wick was too small and it kept going out, I emailed candles direct and within half an hour they had organised a replacement to be sent. Great service. Would definitely recommend!

Ordered some Yankee Candle Tealights and a couple of holders. Got email for order confirmation but after 4 days of nothing else was worried they hadn't shipped it yet. I emailed them and they replied promptly that it had been dispatched. I received the order two days later very well packaged so very happy, would use again.

Ordered some yankee candle reed diffusers and they arrived in perfect order. Very Happy with my purchases and the prices are very good. The only thing I would of liked was the tracking info for my order which I didn't receive with my dispatch email just came up with #error. Other than that very pleased and would order again!

I dont usually write reviews but i was checking this site as had used Candles Direct in last 2 weeks , service etc was excellent but i was investigating re cloned cards as mine has been today . As the card is only 3 weeks old & only been used 5 times including the like of Amazon & Tesco . Low & behold there is a review 30/1/21 re cloneing of card on Candle Directs trust pilot , i now have serious doubts about using this company again.As per the previous reviewer i had the same experience when using my card to pay for candles so i feel that the previous review is correct & Candles Direct payment page has been cloned itself .

After reading reviews on here i was not sure on ordering. But I ordered a electric wax burner for my daughter at university. The oredering process was simple and within a few days she received the order. She has been using it in her uni room ideal as they are not allowed candles.
I then Decided I would order another two one for myself and one for my other daughter. So pleased with the whole process.

After reading the mixed reviews, I was unsure whether to risk ordering, but I'm glad I took the risk!
Ordered a Candle, which on other sites cost double the price, so I thought, can't miss this opportunity! Ordered on Tuesday, it arrived on Friday. Well packaged and exactly what I wanted. Really pleased!
