I found that all info provided before the interview was good but once i got the job i was left to it to figure it out for myself.
I didn’t find them very enthusiastic just seemed a bit robotic and not personalised.

Travel is back!!
I can not THANK Duncan enough for his help and assistance in helping me to get back into the industry which is close to my heart; one which has been missing for a few years (with the unprecedented times we have all lived through :-( ).

Got my dream job ....
Lisa always kept me updated. Followed up after interview. Showed genuine excitement when I was offered the job. She is a great asset to C&M.
Working 12 hour say and night shifts it was not easy to get hold of me by phone, so email was the main option used.
Great service and I would recommend them to employers as well as job hunters.

Mark was excellent.
Mark was excellent.
He kept in touch at every point of my interview and hiring process. Called me outside of business hours to see how I was and committed to call when he said he would.

I’ve been trying to contact C&M Travel Recruitment in my job hunt. I’ve applied for a job on LinkedIn, had one contact on LinkedIn who did message me back but I haven’t been able to get in touch since. I’ve seen other jobs on their site that I’d be interested in and requested a call back on the website and uploaded my CV but absolutely no contact. Maybe my CVs not good enough for them to work with me but some contact and feedback goes a long way!

Best process I experienced!
I contacted C&M about a job they advertised and were putting me forward. They also told me about another opportunity they had & advised the team who were recruiting about me. Next thing I knew I had an interview and then a job offer.
Ben kept me informed throughout the process and was very supportive. A great experience!

Great communication; all of my questions were answered, and on top of that, I was offered the assistance and support I needed to find the right job for me.
One of the first things I touched is the follow-up, and I got the impression that this indicates responsibility, care, and a goal to be met, all were exist within the company team and Mrs. Lisa in especial.
