Eric was terrific from start to finish and beyond. He gave a fair and accurate quote, braved crazy brush at the rear of our property, and showed us how everything worked. Even better, when we had trouble after some construction work, he can out (after working with me to trouble shoot) to get us back online quickly and keep our dogs safe.

I ordered a batch of clickers with charity funds for use by charity beneficiaries. I ordered them on 23rd January and it is now 28th February. The delivery estimate was 3-5 days and they did not arrive during this time. I eventually contacted the "info" email address. Canine Concepts as a company seem to believe that Royal Mail routinely discriminates against their parcels and withholds them at the delivery office without leaving a "Something for you" card as they do with everything else.

Instead of acknowledging that the parcel was obviously lost and sending a replacement, the person I spoke to put the onus on me to prove that Royal Mail had not squirrelled away my parcel somewhere. I explained why it was physically impossible for me to visit the depot and that I had no other way of contacting them, and the last thing I was told by the person I was speaking to was that they were "working with Royal Mail," on the 10th of February. I have sent other emails to confirm that I still don't have the parcel, and I forwarded my sent messages to the address in the hope that a different member of staff would see the thread, but I have received zero response since and I still have no parcel for the charity to use.

I rang this company asking for advice as to whether the large Buster boot would fit a Labrador with a heavily bandaged paw. The girl who answered the phone assured me that she could advise on products and, rather than just saying that there wasn't a hope of the boot fitting, told me to order it and I could always send it back.

Credit where credit is due, the boot arrived the next day. At a cost of £4.50 for something which can't have cost more than £1.50 to post, so it should have done.

Without going near my dog, I gently tried to establish how much stretch there was in the boot. None. Instead it split and the Velcro fell off.

The company is "not able to refund damages items". Fair enough had they been able to offer the advice for which I asked in the first place. But they were not and instead I am left with a useless piece of flimsy split rubber, which has cost me in excess of £20. (They have offered me 20% discount in the unlikely event that I'm ever stupid enough to buy another boot from them...)

My dog Gracie has to wear boots to protect her paw on a regular basis. I find Canine Concepts to be very good and nothing is to much trouble. Keep up the good work

I bought PAWZ, the doggie rubber boots in all good faith, and they were as good as their word to me. I watched the video of the dog getting out of the pond with the boot firmly in place and I was impressed. I do have a unique dog, so I didn't expect much. They are reasonably priced so I took a punt. They didn't stay on Jack's feet for a nano-second BUT - he is a lurcher and can run VERY fast. I would recommend them for a slower dog, well, any dog is slower than a lurcher!! It could be that I bought the wrong size, and I would try them again, but smaller. To me, I think they are a very good buy for a dog needing foot protection, and I intend to use them this winter during the snow and ice when he is walking on the lead. He does run free on a secluded beach, and I think they would be fine for a slower dog.

the crate for our little puppy was a good buy. she loves it and helped a lot for potty training

I searched the ineternet for hours looking for great prices for our first family pet and found your site. Prices are very competative and your customer service is phenominal. Will definatley be purchasing from you again once we get our new pet.

I ordered a raised bed as my Labrador cross was looking a bit stiff and achy and she is only 5. I got the hard one as I thought she would struggle to get up from the soft one. She loves this bed! its not hard, as in solid, its still got some give and provides great support. we had a mattress from the indoor kennel which fit on top perfectly and she also has fleecy blankets. She is one very happy dog, I wish I had bought one years ago instead of wasting money on traditional ones. It is sturdy and was easy to put together. The delivery of the item was great, it only took two days. I cannot praise this item and the service enough.

The goods were well packaged and delivered really quickly - they arrived long before I thought they would.

Canine Concepts contacted me with apologies to tell me that my order had been mistakenly sent to the wrong customer but that they would re-dispatch my order and it would arrive the next day. It did.

The only drawback for me is that the carrier is too heavy to start with, even before putting my dog in, who weighs a little over 4 kilos.

Other than that it is a goodsturdy product, which does the job intended, whether carrying on back or wheeling as a trolley.

The dog boots i wanted were out of stock as soon as they came back in they emailed me,great service.

Have an older dog who is going deaf. Needed a whistle, and Canine Concepts was the only website that had the full selection of Acme dog whistles. Service was excellent and whistle(s) purchased are doing the job just fine. Many thanks, Canine Concepts.

The service I received was excellent, my questions were answered before I placed my order. And delivery was very quick. The website is good too. I liked the bit with the photos of the staff, you can put a face to name.
I will definitely make Canine Concepts my 1st port of call next time I need something for the dogs!
