My working cocker spaniel looks amazing in her pretty tweed collar, arrived 2 days after ordering it, was exactly as shown and described, definatly keeping canine concepts in mind for more doggie goodies!

I ordered a Hi K9 raised bed with mesh cover for my Greyhound Gandy. It was ordered on the Sunday evening and received on the following Tuesday. Fantastic service. Easy to assemble and really good quality. More importantly Gandy loves it. He is much more comfortable off the floor, in fact he thinks he is the "King Pin", (which of course I think he is!)

Still waiting, how long is it now?

Being a novice puppy owner, I didn't really have a clue what I should be buying. The puppy starter kit including the crate etc is excellent value and comprehensive. My only comment is that the enzyme odour/pee cleaner should have a spray top - I wasted a lot by just pouring it willy nilly on the patio!

I was pleased at being contacted very quickly after placing my order to let me know that my colour choice for the dog bed was out of stock and offering me alternatives. The girl who emailed used her first name which gave the feeling of a friendly, customer-focused company. The item also arrived very quickly.

Hi I am a 12.5 year old golden retriever and I have been struggling to walk due to arthritis and other age related complaints. About 6 weeks ago the post man brought a package containing my new boots - they are life changing , I can now go out for pain free walks and I can keep up with the other family members.Last week I even chased after a cat much to the amusement of my family. The boots go on easily and they stay on -(we measured for the size very carefully) I adapted to them very quickly and my green boots have been admired by many. If you are struggling on your paws ask your owners to invest in them they really will give you a newlease of life!!

Ordered item and paid, company sent email to advise item discontinued and refund would be processed ..pleased to say very little delay experienced in receiving the refund.

A nice experience - no problems at all, just fine service

These wee boots saved our hoilday. Our manic spaniel cut his pad whilst hill walking in Scotland. Ordered these boots and they arrived 2 days later. Excellent product and stay on well. Only suggestion I have is to buy a size bigger than the sizing says - they are a little on the small size. My spaniel has huge paws! Have recommended them to several doggy owning hill walking friends and never go out without them now.

Great. Really works well

Very good service and item delivered promptly. Unfortunately I can't rate the product itself as my dog became very ill in a short space of time. Sadly we had to have him put down last week. Would definitely buy from you again.

I purchased a Hotterdog coat for my elderly Labrador. It is excellent quality and was delivered promptly.

Have only bought one item for now, the pet carrier but plan to use them again at Xmas for all my pet prezzie needs, excellent delivery service too
