This leash has been a game changer for walks. Having 2 dogs to walk, the pulling was hurting my back. I didn't want to get a choker leash because I didn't want to hurt my dogs. Our Vet suggested the Canny leash and we could not be happier!

The Canny Collar is great--I had been using a harness with a front loop but was worried it would cause problems over time because it pulled my dog's shoulders out of alignment when she pulled--and she still pulled. With the canny collar I have much better control, it doesn't pull her to her side like other collars that loop over the nose. My dog (German Shepherd/Border Collie) pulls a lot less, making it less frustrating walking her and it's helping with our training to (hopefully, eventually!) reduce or eliminate the pulling.

Great product. Best for training large breed puppies.

Small touches really go a long way. Leash attachment behind the head allows for a downward pull instead of side pull (ex. gentle leader) while also not tripping your puppy (ex. gentle leader). Both are good but the Canny Collar was better for our pup.

The mouth portion does not overtighten and there is not a metal clasp that she can undo with her dew claw.

The Canny Collar very simple to use and even can be used in it's collar only mode which is just a great feature.

Overall worked great for training our husky/shephard puppy to not pull. Very happy with Canny's product!

Your collar was recommended to me by a friend who attended the Global Pet Expo for my dog who struggles with polite leash walking in exciting environments. It’s going well! We’re still getting used to it, but it seems to be helping.

They were very helpful and made alternate shipping arrangements for me, the collar and leash arrived fast and are very well made. Seems to work very well and much better than halter that pulls from underneath.

I would recommend anyone, its complete game changer.

This is my first time using the Canny trainer. It's a little more time-consuming to put on (vs the previous brand we used), but overall it's a much sturdier construction and I'm very happy with my purchase. In fact, I'll be getting a 2nd one to make sure we already have a spare on hand.

We bought the CannyCo collar because one of our three hounds that we walk was always acting aggressively towards any dog that came into view. With them weighing in at an average of 95lbs each, it didn't take much for my "wayward" hound to pull either me or my wife to the ground trying to hold onto them when he came near another dog. We tried several harnesses and collars to try to rectify the problem but none of them helped. I read the reviews others had left on the CannyCo site and the product looked promising. We ordered one for our "wayward" boy and it was a game changer. He still gets riled up at the site of another dog but the CannyCo keeps him under control. We have since bought another CannyCo for our "puller" hound that my 5' tall wife walks and she LOVES the fact that he will now walk quietly beside her. Planning on purchasing a third CannyCo for our smallest hound (80lbs) as she tends to want to pull us towards people so she can get petted. Having all three under control while walking them together will reduce one of them riling up the other two. Thank you CannyCo for making our walks enjoyable and not something to dread.

I find that when my dog puts his head down, the nose band slids off.

I was told by my vet to use this on my German Shepherd, who has the most incredible nose and an absolute phenomenal tracking/man-trailing dog. He cannot tolerate this over his nose when out for a walk and it causes him to be irritable trying to get it off constantly, whereby he chaffs his fur.

I ordered the wrong size for both dogs - my fault. But company very good to work with for exchange. Excellent service.

Great product at a reasonable price. Works and fits very well. Alternate shipping options would allow me to give a 5 star. I did not receive my package in the promised 2 day shipping as shipping company didn’t seem to work weekends.
